Took someone I help care for here and the guy did his best to help her with her phone but wasn't able to help her. I think the phone just maybe to high-tech for her.

Horrible customer service. Went in to cancel a line and trade in a phone tonight 7-16-24
Was originally told by customer service upon canceling a line we would save $38 a month.
Once in the store we were told we would save only $20 a month. Also, the phone we wanted to trade in was bought there and wouldn’t turn on. We were originally told they wouldn’t accept it, then told they would, then we were offered $71 for it after we just paid $472 to purchase it and cancel that line! Then after more back and forth we were told they couldn’t accept it because it may be stolen, not that it is but they just couldn’t give us a store credit for the phone and deemed it worthless! Then after hearing what our new bill would be after canceling that line, we were then told it will go up and cost us more because it’s in the middle of the billing cycle and they would pro rate our bill and it would be more money even after dropping a line.
This is way too much nonsense and flipping back and forth for us. We left there totally disgusted and fed up with AT&T. Not only did they lose our son as a customer tonight but we are going to also pay off our phones and go with another phone provider. So congratulations to this stores ineptness and GREED and AT&T’s policies and GREED as well. You just lost 3 customers and I am sure you’s couldn’t care less.

I had a great exp at the store. The rep that helped me was very knowledgeable, very helpful and did all he could to make me pay as little as i had to in order to get my product i needed for my issues. Thank you so much will definitely return as always to that store in future as I've done in past ?

Jalisa talked me into getting an Apple Watch because it will be at no extra cost. Came back to return it because of monthly cost, Said I can’t return it and another sales guy told me Jalisa lied.
Bunch of scammers trying to make an extra commission.

Got a new phone 2-3 months ago and had a few questions. Stopped in today and was greeted by Jordan. He was very helpful and polite. He took his time to help me resolve my issues. Thanks Jordan.
