I got quotes from different PA dealers which is low. They promised, you will get the car once it will come from the factory. So waiting period is 10 days or more for me. I have verified with Bennett Toyota of Lebanon, and checked the car has just come from Toyota, yet to be inspected. I had called Tyler Lee and stopped by to the store, He promised me to do price match. My salesperson was Sam Robinson who helped me to acquire the new car.

My wife and I purchased a 2024 Venza and had one of the most seamless experiences at Bennett. The entire team was exceptional, and we will definitely purchase from them in the future.

My SO took her car here to have the brakes done. The dealership did something to her car when they replaced the brakes and they can't figure out what. The rear end constantly makes a grinding and popping noise. She no longer wants her car, won't be selling it here. And God willing won't be buying another Toyota again.Edit: this was eventually resolved by the service manager after a third visit. She is happy her car is noise free!

A few dealerships in our looking area had one RAV4 Hybrid Limited left on their lots. Bennett Toyota of Lebanon happened to have one, so we went to look at it. They were so down to earth and easy to talk to. When I say they, I mean the sales consultant and the sales manager. The showroom atmosphere was great, too. I would recommend them to anyone. Especially after visiting and communicating with so many other dealerships.

I had an awesome experience with Kailyn. She was very professional and didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need or want. It was the easiest car buying experience I ever experienced.

I went here to buy a 2014 Honda Accord. They were very friendly and responded quickly by email and phone. When I went to see it, they let me drive it to a mechanic down the road for a second opinion. Domingo was my agent and he was great, very courteous and he answered all my questions. When I went to buy the car, they would not negotiate on price. However, that was because there was a lot of interest in the vehicle. After purchase, Domingo made sure they cleaned the engine bay, washed the seats, and cleaned the exterior. The car looked brand new when I drove it off the lot. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and do not regret buying a car here.

Purchased used car. Good buying experience. The only issue was one of the keys didn’t work and was told after I signed papers they wouldn’t fix it and refused to replace. Other than that was good experience.

In September 2019 I had a Very Negative Experience with this Dealer I went to Buy a 2009 Toyota Sienna and they told me to pay for the Bank that this Dealer has, which is Wells Fargo and the Money was paid by the Chase bank and it lasted more than a month to be able to claim it back but they gave too many problems to return them and in total the vehicle was sold to another person. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially if you have a Latin last name.

I recently had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Haley at Bennett Toyota of Lebanon. While I found the exact RAV4 that I wanted at other dealers, there were dealer markups of up to $4K or I was required to buy a maintenance package or car accessory I didn’t want. With Haley, the online price was the purchase price and there were NO SURPRISES when I took delivery of the car. During the buying process, Haley kept me informed of the delivery schedule and completed all financing paperwork before I arrived to complete the purchase. At my scheduled delivery appointment, the entire staff was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. This was an easy NO HASSLE car purchase!!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HALEY and Bennett Toyota of Lebanon if you are in the market for a new Toyota.

What initially was going to be a stellar review unfortunately took a dive. My wife and I are looking to replace both of our vehicles for new Toyota's, we have no auto loans and may not have the best credit scores but both over 730 so definitely pretty decent, along with putting a down payment we were set to get the ball rolling. It all started with my wife doing hours upon hours of research to make the best choice she could and after speaking with "the best salesman " she's ever talked to her dream was crushed when he told her she won't be getting that vehicle due to limited numbers available and that its best to pick something else. Well now she has to decide which of the lesser than desired vehicles she rather purchase. I met her and salesman on her 2nd visit to the dealership. And she noticed on day 2 his demeanor was slightly off.. not as kind and at times a bit condescending.. to the point of making poor jokes at how my wife may "talk your ear off".. can she talk yes.. but she's in there to either make a $50,000+ purchase of what she really wanted or it was gonna be a $50,000+ mistake so I'd absolutely hope she has dozens of questions that should 100% be answered in good manner by any salesman trying to make those numbers before the end of the month. And again my wife does weeks of research before ever making a big purchase, me not so much I see what I want and go for that. Not always a good thing as she knows the difference trim packages better than I do and was even more knowledgeable than the salesman on a few things. Than we have the test drive criticism..definitely did not need the backseat commentary while someone is getting a feel for a vehicle they've never driven especially being much bigger than what they're used to. when she wanted to either ask or address an issue about escaping a bad situation and having to use a rear window to gain access to the cab from a camper and being cut off and basically rushed into the vehicle. I myself love the rear windows ability to be lowered..its why i want a 4RUNNER.I work/worked at dealerships and known many salesman.. and usually a reason they often have a bad image when it comes to buying a vehicle. Aside from buying a home or having a kid buying a vehicle is a huge financial responsibility and being taunted and told "you cant make a decision" isnt exactly helping the situation. So it went from my wife being thrilled she finally met a "nice" salesman to us walking out of buying two vehicles with combined value of over $100k+ to sitting in the parking lot watching her holding back tears because of how the day went after being so excited to buy what she had hoped of being her dream vehicle to being told basically no you can't get that one pick something else to leaving with nothing and now searching other dealerships or ways to make our purchases of two Toyota's. So our search continues to get her in the pickup she wants and the 4RUNNER I've been wanting.
