This store sucks. Always trying to take peoples money instead of helping. All I needed was a SIM card which I wanted to purchase. They instead want to charge for activation fees when I’ve been a customer for 10 plus years. Boost customer service told me to buy a SIM card from a store and they said they can’t sell me a SIM card. Boost mobile customer service sending me a free SIM card and zero fees. Would never recommend going here ever. Call your boost customer service instead. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star but have to for a review

Terrible customer service. Their way of serving customers is perverse. If you have a mobile phone with the global version (which indicates that the SIMs of the operators in this country work), they imply that the SIM does not work, so you have to first buy them a new phone from the ones they sell so that There if they sell you a SIM and activate a plan.
The best thing you can do is purchase the plan online and the company will send the SIM to your home, without additional costs.

Very bad customer service, although it is true that some cell phones are blocked and do not accept the SIM, first they tell you that you must buy a phone with them with the excuse that the cell phone you have is blocked, they adjust the price to your accommodation depending on how they want to charge the client, and they also charge you whatever they want just to activate a sim $120??? It's absurd, it's a theft, I did the same process without paying anything on the boost mobile phone line!!! For that, order the sim online on the same boost mobile page, it's much cheaper, they send the sim for free to your address, or if that option doesn't work, call the phone line.
And they barely say that physical stores are a separate story from the online store, 100% absurd!

If I could give 0 stars I would..all these good reviews must be from friends..I bought a phone from there and 3 days later it was Soo slow, everything was lagging..I went into the store for a replacement or refund and was told no..then the employee said my phone is known to be slow and have problems, why wasn't I told that before buying it?? The employees response was, " you never would of bought the phone if you knew that".. scammers man...now I'm jumping through hoops to get this situation settled...

This site, at Boost Mobile, was a fantastic CS experience with Jeffrey and Mo. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They had mutual respect. I live by the Code of Conduct and INTEGRITY is very important to me. Thankfully Jeffrey and Mo have INTEGRITY.

Absolutely horrible I went in there to get help paying my bill which I have to go into them because they won't accept my card over my phone but everybody else does. And then when I asked him to make my SD chip my internal storage she said yes we can do that for $25 that's ridiculous I'm done with this company soon as I can get out of the contract
