I love this CVS. I drive further to go to this particular store. There is 1 closer to where I live but the staff is so cool here. The pharmacy people especially!

In the pharmacy department, Michael is not only courteous, but at check out will, if asked, offer suggestions on how to decrease the out-of-pocket cost to me, the customer. This is customer service at its best.

Good place to patronize. Friendly associates, ready to help. I like the coupons that are given at check out. I use them and do much shopping there because of all the price breaks.

This pharmacy rarely has anything in stock. They always have to order out for medicine and do not seem to refill prescriptions on a regular basis as other pharmacies do. Even when they order for more medications, they can not verify that it will arrive in their weekly shipment. They also rarely pick up the phone. Today alone I have been waiting for someone to pick up the phone on 3 different instances. One of the times I waited for an hour for someone to pick up the phone. There was still no response. If you desperately need something from this pharmacy, plan weeks ahead, otherwise use a different pharmacy. There is a Rite Aid only minutes down the road that is quick to fill prescriptions and has much better customer service. The Rite Aid also has a drive-thru.

I had a very good experience at this CVS location. The pharmacist and his helpers went above and beyond the Call of Duty helping me and another gentleman get our prescriptions filled. We were both seen at the the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Lebanon PA. Because of the procedure that the pharmacy has to use to clear the medication being dispensed that was prescribed by doctors at the VA Medical Center it took a little while because the day we were there was on a Sunday, so we had a little difficulty contacting the proper departments to get approval for the pharmacist to dispense the medication that was prescribed for me and the other veteran. But because of the continued vigilance of the pharmacist and his assistants we were able to get our prescriptions filled, we were still physically in the building when it was officially closed. But the pharmacist and his assistants continued to do their work and dispense the medication that me and the other veteran needed beyond the time that they could have actually stopped working. That showed me that CVS is about getting the job done for customers which is sometimes rare in this day and time. From now on I will get all of my prescriptions that I need to get outside of the VA pharmacy at CVS this location. I want to thank CVS as a whole for hiring these guys they made great choices, I would recommend this location CVS to everybody I know that has to have prescriptions filled or just need to have other items that are sold in this location. I am more then a satisfied customer.

This is the worst place I've ever been to to get my prescriptions. The customer service is terrible and some of the women have awful attitudes. Got in line to get my meds and told I need to talk to pharmacist first. Waited till she had time and have to listen to a speech about a med I've been on for yrs. Waste. Went to get back in line and there already were 6 people waiting. I have a extremely bad back and can't walk or stand for long so my back was really in a lot of pain. They did'nt care. There's no drive thru here but it's the closest to my house. Everytime I come here it's something. No more, rather drive 10 miles and go back to my regular pharmacy. Here they don't try to be helpful and there's only one person, a young man who is nice and friendly.

I've worked in customer service since I was 14. I've worked in customer service through the pandemic as a store manager to a 4 million dollar location. I get it, staffing is an issue, people are mean at times, we're exhausted. I get it. BUT to be inherently mean before someone even opens their mouth and then to guilt your customers for asking questions? I was standing in line waiting for a prescription that I was supposed to start taking this evening which isn't gonna happen. A woman in front of me came to pick hers up and the pharmacy tech (she's older with red hair and glasses) immediately has an attitude and says it's being worked on right now. The last politely asks about a time frame because her daughter took the last pill and needs it at a certain time everyday. The pharmacy tech snaps back "well there's 40 other people in line in front of you and it's just me and him and I'm leaving as soon as this lines down!" You can tell the woman doesn't know what to say so she just says okay and then the pharmacy tech continues "no one wants to work!" At this point there is two lines of customers containing at least 20 people and you are just going to stand there and publicly humiliate a customer that merely wanted to know when to expect her daughters prescription that's on auto refill. I've come to this pharmacy for years and customer service has always been disastrous, to the point I switched to Walmart but with my new insurance I unfortunately had to switch back. Screening clients for customer facing jobs is a very important role and this location does a god awful job!

I called about getting a refill because I only have 5 pills left. CVS stated my refill is not ready to order for 3 weeks. But I only have 5 pills remaining??? So I pick up a new prescription yesterday and decided to count 30 pill bottle. There was only 26. Now I'm fighting with them to get my other 4 pills.... Don't TRUST the CVS Quentin for correct counts of your pills. I will pour them out on the counter for now on.
