Everytime I come to this CVS the women’s that work there Angelica & Joly are so helpful all the time and they always smile once I walk in that door the other guy that also works there is so helpful, this is one of the best CVS in Lebanon Thank you so much for your time.

Went to this store yesterday and had on going bad customer service. Other then a few employees the majority of their employees are very rude and put no effort in helping the customer. Over charged me $10 for products and used $30 in coupons. When this was pointed out to acting manager she offered to refund my $10 but said I could not reuse my coupons because they were already used with the incorrect first order. Said I could have my money back that they over charged me in reward money. I said no thank you those expired I would like my cash back and my $30 In coupons. That is when the struggle continued. Ask her to call her manager she said she was the acting manager as her manager was on vacation. Ask if she could call her help line or corp office to resolve this her response was I'm not calling. You call. She and others in that store need to go through customer service training. When I called the customer line when I got home they pointed out this could have been fixed with little to no time. Please retrain your acting manager on how to correct an on going problem. Her name was Jolyciana.

I haven’t had any issues since i have started shopping here. Anytime I need help so far they’ve gone above & beyond to get me or check to see if they had whatever I needed. I don’t use the pharmacy there so I can’t comment on that, but the people in the store stocking & such are super helpful & friendly.

Wow can people get any more rude. I'm sorry I picked up my daughter's prescription didn't mean to inconvenience y'all. Seriously if you don't like your job to the point of taking it out on your customers maybe you need to rethink your career choice....

Can I give a zero? The same concern they offer the customers they have continued to gain customers by buying all the good pharmacies that cared. We are more than customers we are patients that rely on a pharmacy as part of our care. They are more concerned with profit. The CVS care card should be called the CVS we care about profit card. The care they have is for their bottom line not the health of the customers who are beholden to them not by choice.

I came in to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, and when I asked, the pharmacist said "hey m8 I think you dropped this" and gave me the gesture shown in the picture I've added.. I almost felt insulted that I could've fell for such cheeky bant, but they got me good..

I have gone to this pharmacy for 15 years if not longer. Their service has gone from a pone from a possible 4 to a negative one. Their pharmacy is absolutely horrible half the repeat information repeatedly and then the woman starts to yelling at me because she can not do her job. I ask for the manager and get the Pharmacist , pharmacist tells me that My insurance company doesn't deal with siris deal with CVS which that is a blatant lie because they deal with CVS it's just at a higher cost but I said OK thank you and she hung up the phone. Again absolutely hard service for the last 4 or 5 years just horrid no wonder they can't keep anybody!

I receive coupons on my phone and it's always a big savings that day I save 32% off my whole order plus the other coupons I had I can save it CVS thank you

Jenni (I think was her name) at the pharmacy desk provided horrible customer service. My boyfriend had to get his prescription filled at a different place because his normal pharmacy was out of stock. So, what typically costs $24 at Giant cost $88 at CVS - which is wild because it's the same prescription. He gets to the register and says, "Hey, I got a call that my 'script was ready for pick-up and it says it costs $88. Is that the right price because its $24 at Giant?" and the cashier says, "Well if you want it for $24 you can go to Giant." what?! He kept his cool and asked if there were any Good RX codes that could be applied or anything to lower the cost and she said she could look, but that would take 20-25 minutes. Why it'd take that long to check something like that is beyond me but it was not a pleasant experience. She belittled a customer who had every right to ask about a $64 price difference.

It would be nice if the owner would invest in keeping the property and facilities in nice condition. The parking lots full of dead weeds, stray shopping carts and trash. The store clearly isn’t being managed in a way that keeps the interior and exterior in a nice condition for the community. That’s disappointing.
