There seems to be nothing they can't fix. They fixed my sleeping bag zipper in the past and now repaired a pair of moccasin slippers. Customer service is always prompt and friendly too

DO NOT TAKE ANY PURSE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE. No communication between employees and repair workers and customers. Butchered a LV purse by removing hardware and treating it like trash. I NEVER write bad reviews but this shop should be ashamed. They don’t care. I’m warning others to stay away from this shop for your bag repairs!!

A good shoe repair shop is hard to find. I know, because I found a poor one a few years ago but DiNuncio’s is a whole new deal. I drove a 70 miles round trip twice on a hunch/hope that my favorite shoes could be saved. . I cannot believe the quality of workmanship…even back when there was a shoe shop in every community. Most folks just buy new shoes but if you have a nice pair and want to have them restored to like new, this is the place to go. Thank you.

Unprofessional and insulting. That is the best way I can describe the representative that was behind the counter. I stopped in the store on Friday April 7th between 11AM and noon. I rode my motorcycle and parked in the back lot. After removing my helmet I pulled a comb out of my pocket and combed my beard. After I secured the bike and put my Trump hat on, I walked across the street to return an unused box to the merchandiser. I then returned to the bike to get a pair of boots to be repaired. The representatives mockingly said "I saw you out back combing and grooming your beard". I said "Yeah, the wind kinda blows it all over the place". To which he insultingly replied "I mean you are only going into a shoe repair shop". I asked "Why are you giving me a hard time?" He said "I'm not giving you a hard time. Look at you, who would want to give you a hard time. I was only complimenting your beard". I said "Doesn't sound like it". At this point I'm wondering what is going on. He then asked what I needed repaired. So I showed him the boots. He starts filling out a ticket and then just looks up at me. No words, just looked at me. Feeling even more uncomfortable, I say "You know what, I'm outta here". He says"Good, don't ever come back". To which I responded "You don't have to worry about that" and left. There was no yelling, no raised voices, just an unpleasant conversation. I can't be sure, but I believe his disrespectful demeanor was because of my Trump hat.Since then I had my boots repaired at Tulli's Shoe Store and Repair at 1746 E Chocolate Ave Hershey. Hershey, PA 17033. Very professional. I definitely recommend them.

Repaired numerous things here over the years, besides expert shoe repair and resoles. If Dave can't fix it, no one can.

These gentlemen cleaned and restored 2 leather purses. The bags look like new, service was prompt and cost was reasonable. I wouldn’t take my leather goods anywhere else. Very highly recommended! Thank you!

Used glue and two small stitches to repair a rip in my husbands leather shoe by an eyelet. It ripped again the next day when he went to wear them. My husband took them back, they apologized and said they would repair it again. I went to pick the shoe up a week later. The employee dropped the shoe on the counter and said “we will NOT fix this again. Your husband must be a weakling who has to pull the laces too hard and rips the leather.” I told him I didn’t appreciate his condescending remarks. When he realized the verbal mistake he made, he tried to tell me maybe it wasn’t my husband because the leather is cheap and we should take them back to where we bought them to demand a refund. (If they thought the leather was so cheap, why didn’t they tell my husband that when he first brought it in?) Disgusted with his lack of respect, I walked to the door to exit and he said “your lucky we are not charging you a second time.” Will never go back.

I called Dinunzio's regarding punching additional holes in my leather belt. I was told to come on over and they would punch the hole(s) in my belt for free. I went over and the man ( Dave?) gladly took care of my request. I also noticed that they sell Ortho-Feet shoes and will definitely buy my next pair from them.

I would give this place 10 stars if there was 10 stars. I went in for a quick shoe repair and they were able to take care of it on the spot. If you ever need a repair from Harrisburg to Lebanon, go to DiNuzio's.

DiNunzio's did a masterful job of bringing my father's old attache case back to life: a new zipper, repaired handles and an overall renourishment of the leather. I had been looking for a business that I could trust to do the job and I decided to go for it after seeing the beautiful work they did on a friend's old leather satchel. Clearly, my trust was quite well-placed!

Great staff, helped right away. Took my favorite pair of boots here. Unfortunately they couldn't be saved (10 year old boots) but they told me the truth and were very helpful. 100% recommend here if you need boots re-soled.
