This Dollar Tree on Quentin Rd is noted for its amazing, friendly employees who know their customers, making it better than other locations. The store has a wonderful and amusing selection of cool stuff, including tons of party supplies and seasonal decor for Summer, graduation, birthday, Baby, and July 4th, though items are lower quality. A common criticism is that there is often only one person on the register, leading to long, slow lines and a backed-up store, with customers wishing for more registers or self-checkout. Despite this, associates maintain a positive attitude, working hard even when alone.
Needed an item that required a ladder. Only one person in the store and there was a line at the register. I waited and when she had a chance she helped with no complaining. Very nice despite being very very busy. Her name was Lori.. Very helpful
