Place was a nightmare....they don't care about their customers.....glad I switched banks....I loved Metro Bank...They need to train their staff to watch their language.

The staff is very friendly but equally unhelpful. There was a problem, I came and stood in line. They couldn’t help me, they said it was better to call. I called , A week later, still not resolved. But they charged $4 for printing my bank statements.

1 day staff was very rude!! Today I call and they put me right on hold, don't even ask if I can hold. After on hold for 10 minutes I hung up and called back right on hold again. Terrible customer service.
