I went to the drive through gave them my Driver License me and my father have the same name I’m a Jr and they did this without telling me they accidentally gave me my fathers money instead of my own and blamed me for the mistake and made my account negative 250 because I took more money out knowing as the previous time It was my own money like duh right that’s my name I em my father’s name why would they give someone’s money to someone else and they disputed the money and made my account negative without telling me anything. I went I took money out again using my drivers license and by then they still didn’t know the mistake they made only until I called out the problem and still made me responsible for their mistake I talked to the Boss and the second Boss and they called the cops on me around 7 times

Bank is wonderful,no problems for years that I have been working with them. But they need to work on their staffs behavior. There was no need for cursing in front of customers, or acting sobbing with sarcastic remarks.. sad to say, I have left this bank, and never would recommend even my worst enemy to them again
