I usually have good things about to say about Harbor Freight, but one experience can change that all. I needed a hoist lift for an I beam. Website said they had 2 in-stock. I drove the 25 min to the store. Didn't see any on the shelf, asked the employee. She scanned the barcode, told me they still must be on the pallet in the back, but they're not unloading that until tomorrow. Store didn't close for another hour and a half. I said, I'm here now, I'm not coming all the way back tomorrow. Looked at me, and told me sorry, it'll be available tomorrow. Before I left the parking lot I ordered a same spec hoist on amazon for an 8am delivery, 30 dollars cheaper. Its insane, employee couldn't spend the couple minutes to do their job, increase customer satisfaction and make a sale, where as amazon goes above and beyond to ship it to my front door step for a lot less.

This was nice to go here to get my 2 inch and a quarter sockets replaced because they snapped and a 15/16 socket that also snapped replaced as well free of charge, they will replace anything that has their name on it for free is a real, plus!

We had great customer service at this location. The store manager Cam did an excellent job helping us! It was like he was in the middle of something. He stopped and help me with no problem. Thank you for good service. I enjoy recognizing hard work these days!

Awesome warranty on icon ratchets! You can walk in the door with the broken one and get it replaced immediately.
