I got a warm welcome from Ruby and the experience was amazing. She was so sweet and you can tell she really cares about her customers. She checked with me throughout the whole haircut. I dont trust people with my hair but i definitely trust her with it! 10/10 highly recommend her.

Do your research on each stylist, I regret not doing more??♀️ I used to have amazing full hair, went in for a perm, my hair has always been fine after them. My hair has been coming out in huge chunks since I got mine done here. I’m nearly in tears about it everyday. I’ve never lost this much hair before. I’ve already lost about half my hair and I feel like I’m going to lose the rest.
The perm solution smelt stronger than I’ve ever had it and it was burning my scalp too. I guess she over processed my hair.
I had hair down to my waist and now I guess I’ll have to cut it short and wait a few years for it to grow back out. Be careful yall, you might lose all your hair??♀️

I stopped by at 7:39 asking for a haircut and they said they were closed, but they don't close until 8. I have gone to great clips many times before and they are always eager to serve their customers. I even got there after their official closing time, not realizing it was that late and they still took me in and cut my hair. I live very close to Holiday Hair and wanted to try it, but after yesterday, I am never going back.

In a community that is 80% Hispanic, rude to assume that everyone that comes in has that "Justin Bieber" curly hair. I would've had way more respect for the woman if she would've just said she is not used to dealing with curly hair instead of huffing, puffing and saying OMG while doing a teenagers hair. Your supposed to leave a salon feeling good about yourself and confident. Just image how she made that teen feel after words. Please if you do not feel conformable doing someone's hair. JUST SAY THAT !
