There’s a reason I keep going back to these folks for my maintenance. As a former mechanic I am very selective with who I can trust to get the job done right. There’s a reason I drive two hours to have them work on my vehicle. Typically I work on my own vehicle, but I’ve found it hard to get reliable work done by a shop that can work around my busy schedule. There’s only two shops I trust to get maintenance done and this Jack Williams location is one of them. The team here is trustworthy and will only sell the work required to get the job done. Thank you to crew. I’ll see you in the future!

Chuck and the team at Jack Williams Lebanon Valley Mall location do a great job with customer service and the quality of their work, diagnostics and repairs … all at fair prices. Our family has been coming here for years with each of 5 cars for inspections, maintenance and repairs. They have our loyalty as long term customers!

The guys here at Lebanon Jack Williams are a hearty crew who knows what they are doing, customer service and satisfaction was amazing, helped me find just the right tires and got them ordered promptly. As a former employee, I know. Tire rotations are free no matter what. So I made an appointment for a tire rotation and a declined service due to not purchasing tires with them. Maybe they should update the website. We'll never go back to this location ever again. Not sure who was behind the counter. But not very professional either.

This was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had getting my car repaired. Waiting room was clean and organized, with and displays were well organized. Employees were very honest and super friendly. Definitely will be coming here again!

Went in to look at some tires for my car, I gave them the make and model and they were very thorough in explaining the different prices and types of tires that would fit my car, super friendly and very helpful. They took the time to look at the tires I had and tried to find me some that were similar. The people here are super helpful and they are very kind. Prices aren't too bad either :). Definitely recommend!!

Went in because my car had stopped running randomly. I had a great conversation with the mechanic Jeremy. He took a look for me and did a great job. He was very thorough and explained everything in a way I understood. Would definitely recommend going here!

Do not take your vehicle to this place!Last fall we had an oil change on our Pathfinder. A few weeks later, it broke down. We took it to the dealer who said the oil wand was not put back in place correctly (it was actually stuffed in a different crevice) which caused oil to splash out all over the alternator, causing it to fail. This was a $1400 repair because of the location of the alternator. It took months (and a bad review) to finally get the general manager to do anything about it. He kept pushing us off - ignored my calls and texts, or said he would be in touch and then wasn’t. He even closed the case at one point and when I finally got to ask him about it, he said oh that’s just an automated thing that happens after a while. I finally posted a bad Google review that got his attention. Eventually he gave us 1/2 of the repair price and a voucher for a free oil change to earn our business back. He also asked me to remove the negative review, so I did.We took our daughter’s Sentra in for that “free oil change” a few weeks ago. They still charged us $25 because they said the voucher was only good for $75. (Since when was an oil change $100??? But, whatever). Two weeks later we notice little drops of oil in front of our house, determined it’s from the Sentra, and took it to our local garage. The OIL PLUG wasn’t replaced correctly after the oil change!! $80I sent a text to the manager again and have yet to hear anything back.Carelessness costs good people money. They’re clearly doing something wrong. And they don’t care. It’s down right dangerous, in my opinion.I will never bring a vehicle to this place again, and you shouldn’t either.

Awful, terrible service will not be coming back here again. This is my 2nd time having an issue with a simple oil change. The first time I took my car in for an oil change, I waited over 2 hours and then when I got my car back, my tracks were off and the button to turn them on wouldn’t work, my check engine light also came on (have no had an issue with the engine it’s a fairly new car). I voiced my issue and they took my keys without telling me anything or what happened and then came back and didn’t apologize or tell me what was wrong just gave me my car back no “sorry for your inconvenience” or “sorry at all” instead they were smug. Today I took my car in for an oil change and got it back and turned my car on and they never re set the meter so I take it back again very smug no apologies nothing. I also pay and it’s $85 dollars for an oil change when the last time I came for the same thing it was $75 when I told the clerk he brushed me off and said “it’s because it’s synthetic oil” as if my car got cooking oil in it the last time I was there. Whoever is running this company is doing a terrible job give it back to the old owners! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

We took our car for an inspection and was able to get my husband the tires he needed with credit card program. And we got an alignment we didn’t know we needed. Jose the manager in training was very helpful. Car hasn’t driven this good in years!

I wish I could give this location 10 stars.I came in for a state inspection and emissions test. I was told by my coworker and boss to check this location out and I'm extremely happy that I did. The guy at the register; Jose O. was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even while waiting he came over and had a small conversation with me since I was sitting in the lobby area alone, I was leaving the state the next day and I needed my inspection done before heading to the airport the next morning. Acosta (the mechanic) was very detailed when explaining what I needed and gave me a nice discount.This crew is the best and I will be returning for ANY and ALL service needed for my 2018 Equinox. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS!!Keep it up guys, y'all are amazing

I've been a returning customer of Jack Williams for over two years and in that time I've been into the shop over 8 times for similar issues.Good: Customer service is superb: they were willing to work with me on payment plans and flexibility in scheduling quick appointments.Bad: I've purchased two sets of tires from them, and each time they installed the new set, I've had flat tires within a week. The most recently, I was in this morning to have my leaking (three week old) tire checked out. I was told it was due to a valve stem needing replaced, costing about $10. They stated this is always recommended when new tires are put on and should have been done three weeks ago with my tires. My issue is that I would have gladly paid the $10 a month ago to avoid the inconvenience of having a flat tire while on vacation in a different state. But this was never even presented to me, almost as if they were hoping it would cause more damage and I would have to return and pay out for more services. I paid for the valve stem replaced but I will not be returning again. Overall, I am just very disappointed with my experiences with Jack Williams/Mavis.
