I was impressed with how clean and organized the store was. We hit it on a perfect day as all clothing was 1/2 off. I picked up quite a few things without trying them on. If they don't look good I will just put them in our church sale. I wasn't as impressed with the upstairs. Furniture seemed a bit high compared to our local Habitat Restore.

Great place to shop and the money supports their prison ministry.

Nice store, some good prices, some very over inflated what are they thinking prices. This store is hit or miss. Staff is usually very friendly though. Some of the people who price the stuff should visit retail stores more often, and not just guess or assume what things are worth. Used items are not worth more than new items.

These people are Crooks!! I bought the Janet Sectional for $6000. After sale everything was a nightmare and the customer service is horrible. They always say no one in charge is at the office and that they will call you back and they email you right after you hang up with vague or very ridiculous answers. After finally getting the couch is started PILLING AND RIPPED AT THE SEAMS A MONTH LATER. Their solution after multiple angry phone calls were to throw $1000 or replace my sectional but it would take 6mnths. We still haven’t reach a resolution as they are playing games and not contacting me. I added photos but the seams have only gotten so much worse.DO NOT FALL FOR THERE SCAM!!

Very disappointed. I used to go to jubilee furniture store in Lebanon first to look for my home furnishing needs. It was affordable, clean and offered many items to choose from. Granted, a majority of the donations were older styles but they fit the budget. Now, very few used furniture items like sofas and chairs. They have more new items from Ashley and while some may say Ashley is affordable, they are still more expensive than pre-owned. NOW, at Christmas time the store looks like a holiday showcase—very festive BUT, every artificial tree I looked at had a NFS tag on it or for display only. Really? If you, Jubilee, purchased all those trees and decorations on your own for the purpose of decorating your space then my apologies, but if they were donations to your store then I doubt they were donated for display purposes but rather in good faith that they would be offered to shoppers. I don’t visit jubilee as often as I use to for these reasons. It’s Disappointing.

The Jubilee Thrift Store in Lebanon is wonderful! I have been many times to both drop off items and shop. When I drop off items the guys who help me out are super friendly and always have a smile. Shopping has been a great experience as well. I've bought everything from shoes to curtains, to plates to puzzles to furniture and haven't been disappointed. I haven't been to Jubilee in over a year because of the pandemic and recently stopped by. I went up stairs to look around and was stunned! It had always been well laid out and clean, but now was that, PLUS, beautiful! It felt like I was walking around a country store. Apparently the new manager is a great decorator and put a lot of thought into making the experience of shopping there even nicer. It is a really nice touch.

Two years ago this review would be 5 stars. But over the past 2 years Jubilee has gotten out of control with their pricing. Just yesterday I saw a very used bicycle for sale at $224.99! Absolutely ridiculous! Other item throughout the store are priced much higher then what they used to be. Just like Salvation Army and Goodwill, more and more people go to these stores and the prices skyrocket. The items are donated to you. This goes for all the Jubilee stores. Don't ruin a good thing.

I've never been to a Jubliee I haven't loved and this one is no exception. I drove 20 miles one way just to hit up this location during their notorious summer sale - all adult shoes/clothing $1, kids shoes/clothing .50 cents. While I got there a little too late for any adult clothing scores (most were picked thru as re-sellers were buying by the cartload) I scored some like new newborn pieces for my (bun in the oven) glambaby. Just like the other Jubilee's I've visited their organization and quality is on point. I dare you to find something out of place, stained, or not meretriciously displayed. The folks that volunteer here have a real talent for displaying their wares and can make even the most basic of items look good. What sets this location apart is the size, it's huge and on two levels. Downstairs you'll find clothing, shoes, jewelry, and a few household items. Upstairs is the mother load of stuff. Sporting equipment, bikes, furniture, a library of books, household items, toys, seasonal, linens, small appliances, crafts, etc They sell stuff here that other thrift stores usually don't like exercise equipment and supplies for the elderly (walkers, etc). I even spied an IV stand! I was impressed by everything pretty much but especially their furniture. Don't shop new without checking here first. Prices were cheaper than Craigslist and some of the items were true antiques. Kid going to college? Furnish their dorm with a stop here. Newborn baby? Find everything you need at yard sale prices. Moving out and in need of dishware? They got you! Shopping for school supplies (backbacks, supplies, lunchbags)? Yep, they got that too! Taking up a new hobby or sport? Why buy new? Looking for bins to organize the garage? Lots of storage containers, baskets, and storage solutions. As someone who thrifts on the regular and buys almost exclusively used I'm in love ! Looks like I'll be heading to Lebanon more often! WORTH NOTING: the items you find on each floor must be paid for on that floor. They also have an elevator! Different sales daily - check their website or board on the second floor, but if you don't they also list sales in those departments.

If you are looking for reasonably priced furniture, this is your place! They have a huge selection of great items. There are alot of household bric a brac items also. I didn't feel like the clothes downstairs had as much to offer, but I would go just for the furniture. I like the old creaky floors upstairs also.
