Zack is always attentive and helpful when I shop at our kohls store. Love seeing him when I'm there, he always stops me and asks if I need any help every time! He also explains how to maximize kohls cash and kohls rewards.

Great store, but no suit selections for small men or women. Nothing in teen or young adult sizes. Such a shame.

I had a complicated return that included many items both purchased in the store and online… One of the managers,Amanda, patiently worked through my return with me…pleasant and calm the entire time! If a manager like Amanda is leading the team at Kohl’s… They will continue in success!

Very friendly associate, Owen. My transaction was taken care of quickly and accurately. I used my Kohl's cash, as well as an extra percentage off. I appreciate the discounts I received today. Lebanon Kohl's is a great location for me and their selection is huge.

If this was the visit from Saturday May 18 in the evening where I needed assistance with a return, I rate the visit minus stars. The female manager was rude and condescending. Her hand jesters where very ugly, indicating for me to shut up. I did not get her name, but she does not belong working with the public.
I guess in order to post I have to hit a star.
