Pulled into the parking lot for a phone call, woman with blond hair comes out and asks me am I coming into the bank. I say no mind you I'm on the phone. She said you need to find somewhere else to park like I'm sorry I don't wanna be on the phone while I'm driving. She didn't ask me nicely either.

The worst, computers are always down. They are not organized. I’m done with this bank. Some of the employees are very nice but the other half are not and seem lazy

This bank has the slowest drive-up window - they should call it the long wait line. I waited 20 minutes today why they work with a driver from out-of-state. They should have told the individual to go inside. This is the closet M and T bank to be and they are constantly very slow and under-staffed.
