Went in this morning for a scheduled test. They told me that I did not have proper 'order' for the test in a rude manner, after making me wait past my appointment time. I have completed this test previously in the same manner as attempted today.

Phlebotomist was very nice & got me first try which doesnt always happen. Place was small but clean. Check in process was easy. I would go there again to have labs drawn.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Needed blood work last Friday but had to reschedule because they did not have the lab tube required to perform the test. The worker stated that Wednesday (today) they would have the lab tube. Today, they did not have the lab tube and their only solution was to go to a different Quest as a walk in!!! They couldn’t even bother to call to get my appointment sent to a different location or to get me in sooner. Incompetency is unacceptable when patient care is on the line.

The employee who as very rude at the Lebanon office. Rolled her eyes during interactions and generally unpleasant. As someone who needs frequent testing for work I will avoid using the business whenever possible.

This place definitely has an awkward location. Fortunately I looked at this Google page and noticed the photo that someone posted with the door to Quest circled. The entrance is a single door to the left of the Main Mall entrance. There is writing on the glass of the door but no large signage so it is difficult to see when you are driving around.Inside, it is very clean and professional. I did not have any trouble with the kiosk as previous reviews mentioned. I was there for blood work and a biometric screening required by my employer. The phlebotomist on duty was very kind and pleasant. I wish I got his name. He did a great job with the blood draw and apologized and made conversation when the computer system was a bit slow when he was finishing up my paperwork.As with everywhere, they are understaffed and have short hours so best to schedule an appointment ahead. They did mention that they are currently training a new staff member so hopefully that will help with more appointment available and quicker times for walk-ins
