Do not take your passport pictures here. Won't take them as needed and won't refund your money, then claim that the employee who took them doesn't work there.

They packed a piece of furniture (along with numerous smaller items) for us and shipped it over halfway across the country. It arrived in perfect condition! The driver said it was an excellent job of securing it. It was nice to see somebody treating our family heirloom as their own. Highly recommended.

Why do they advertise notary services when they don't have a Notary? Went to the UPS store this afternoon and was told they couldn't notarized my form and to go somewhere else!

Just wondering if you allow all your employees to yell and belittle customers especially those that are veterans. Reason I state this. Is my husband went into this UPS store just like he has multiple times to get packages shipped out since he has a small business. And has never had a problem until today. When he went in an older woman (he didn't get her name because he was to much in shock with the way he was being treated) yelled and belittled him because you don't do USPS shipping. He didn't know this as this was the first time he needed to ship something that way. So my husband left and went to the mail dock shipping which will now be getting all of his business. If she didn't want to be at work maybe she should have stayed home... rudeness at any establishment is unacceptable.

Awful customer service. Worker claimed he couldn't make a copy of my paper folded in half. Terrible

Would leave 0 stars if I could.I had a package sent from Washington State and at the time of checkout it had 2 options.1 was home delivery and 2 was pickup at local UPS store so I chose that for convenience. Package was delivered to the Quentin Rd location on 1/30/23 with a confirmation sent to my email it was ready for pickup. I stopped after work and was told that the shipper was not authorized to do that and they sent my package back (even though they signed and accepted the package). The gentleman behind the counter was extremely unhelpful and informed me to contact the Middletown/packing center on my own to try and intercept the box before it goes back to WA.I contacted UPS customer service that evening and they were equally as confused as to why they would sign/accept the parcel but send back later that day. I was at least able to find someone courteous enough to try and help with this issue. The morning of 1/31/23 I reached back out to the same Quentin Rd store and explained all of this to the same employee as the day before. Again, with him being extremely unhelpful he did say that there was a chance the driver would try and deliver this once more to their store. If indeed they did I would have to pay a fee of $10.00 to get my package. What a scam, I did inform him of my displeasure about that since this was not my fault but at the end of our conversation I even gave him my personal cell number and he advised he would call me if my package showed back up.I didn’t hear a thing until that evening but from Middletown UPS branch. The lady informed me she had my package in hand and would re-route for me to pick up in East Petersburg and was extremely apologetic. She also stated that they tried to re-deliver my item that day to the Lebanon store but they refused delivery. I called this store later on an spoke with the supposed (Owner), and explained all of this. How about just do honorable thing and not charge the $10.00 when you know it’s not the customers fault. Or actually call me like you said you would instead of playing games and lying about it. I have never in my life had such horrible customer service from a local business and quite honestly I’d rather utilize a carrier pigeon to send packages to and from.Lastly….to the Owner or Assistant Manager that cares to reply to this review, save your breath. None of this is fabricated but you can most certainly try to spin this back on me and how you strive for A+++ service blah blah blah. To anyone considering going here I would recommend Mail Dock, carrier pigeon, horse and buggy, train or any other method of transportation before I patronize this business.

My husband once sent a 3 page fax from this store. It cost him $36. We sent a box (as it turns out, via USPS since it was being sent to a PO box and UPS doesn't deliver to po boxes) and the girl at the counter told us it would cost $166. When I questioned why it was so much, she looked me dead in the eye and told us "the size and weight of the box." As it turns our, she sent it Priority Mail, which we did not ask for and did not consent to, and which she NEVER mentioned. We didn't know it was sent Priority until the recipient told us "oh, man, you didn't have to send it 2-day Priority!" Lol. I don't know what sort of unscrupulous business practices this particular store teaches its employees, and I don't know who ended up actually benefitting from my $166, (after some research, I found out if I had taken it to the post office myself, it would have cost about $40 to ship) but I will not give this store any more business and I will actively tell people they will swindle you if they think they can. Fool me once, and all of that.
