Issue with receiver of certified letter. No direct telephone number and I said “certified letter” and the automated system said “you have a price inquiry, correct?” Privatize - USPS is BROKEN.

These ppl dont know how to put a persons mail in their mail box that clearly has their name on it!!!! If u can't read then u shouldn't be working for the postal service!!! This crap has happend twice already!!!! What is going on with you guys??!!
