I went in today to Verizon, and it was one of the best experiences I have had, I went to the Tcc verizon and the man Scott helped me with everything I needed, BEYOND HELPFUL, he really gives true customer service and has a great team behind him, Shaq also was there and dealing with customers and still being respectful enough to converse with me inbetween, i just want to say thank you to both of you, now as of the Verizon next to Jersey Mikes, NEVER GO THERE, his name was Jason and gave me the worst customer experience of my life, absolutely horrendous , if it wasnt for the other store thanks to Scott, i would have switched phone plans
