I gave a one star because that is the lowest I could choose. I spent 4 1/2 hours in the store buying a new phone. WiFi went out while I was there! I’m knowledgeable technician. Could’t transfer my info. I left there with contacts and the ability to make a phone call and send a text. Went down the road to another Verizon and had all my phone transferred in 15 minutes I did speak with the manager the next day and he did apologize. He said he had just taken over in the last couple months

We arrived at 6:56, the doors were open and before entering, we saw how one of the 3 employees moved quickly towards us, after taking two or three steps into the premises. The employee told us that they were closed and we were practically He was taken out of the premises at 6:57... It is in very bad taste that a company like Verizon, which since its inception has been characterized by its excellent services, is tainted by mediocre employees who treat their customers badly and rudely.

Did a phone trade with Chuck who was filling in at the Lebanon store (Rocherty Rd). Chuck is the manager at the Verizon Manheim store. Chuck was great to work with and made the entire experience easy and fun. I would highly recommend.

I went there on my lunch break for a simple online pickup order. Should have been in and out in under 5mins. But instead there were 2 employees working with one customer and another doing nothing. I spent my whole lunch break there and left with nothing. I had to call customer support to get them to FedEx me my order. Horrible service.

Great service, quick set up Charles was awesome and very personable and and got me everything I needed including great deals on the new IPhone 15 very pleased with the whole experience.

Most overly complicated parking lot complex ever. It’s like the designers were sitting around a party laughing saying “let’s see the most convoluted place we can put a one-way entrance”. I pity the guy who has to plow the snow. Also, the store sucks.
