We are traveling through trying to get home and we have a sick Yorkie… I called because we have not been able to get meds in our dog. I simply needed some help, had papers showing that we had him at Urgent care in Maine and this place just blew me off and would not even help him! They were open for 30 more min.. Horrible more worried about money instead of truly helping a sick puppy dog!!!! And I would have paid!!

Our dog has been coming here since she was a puppy and before they moved to this new location. The vets and staff here are fantastic and are incredibly empathetic and understanding. I would recommend them 1000 times over.

Very disappointed in my brief experience with this clinic. I called inquiring about getting my new puppy in for an exam and his 12 week shots and was told I couldn't get in until February. By then he'd have already been due for his 16 week shots. The person I talked to pointed me elsewhere but kept pushing that I take him to a pop up shot clinic. He's a young puppy. He needs an exam with his shots! Very disappointed.

Majority of the staff is kind and treat my animals with respect. There is only on vet I don’t care for. She just doesn’t have the warm approachable demeanor the others have and I think my dog can sense it which in turn makes him nervous. I never see him act the way he does around anyone but this vet.
