You dont want to know. Bought the tires online and what a nightmare. They cancelled my appointment via email for no reason. The phone lines aren't working so you can't speak to anybody. You have to drive down to communicate with anyone in automotive and the reg store line wasn't working so the phones rang and rang and nobody answered. The attitude of the employees is horrible. They really make you feel like a POS for choosing their employer for your tires and oil change. I would have went to any of their competitors for tires if I knew this is how I was going to be treated. Same type of situation I experienced at the optical center. Prices keep going up and customer service is finding that secret door at rock bottom which allows them to sink even further than the already super low piss poor customer service at Walmart. Choose wisely.Oh i did speak to CS on the phone and still haven't heard back and it's been like 2 weeks. They have my contact info and i asked for a follow up. Guess what? Nada. And that was the home office I called. Even the home office doesn't give AF anymore. Sam is rolling in his grave

Do not go here. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere. I took my jeep here for a routine oil change, it’s been maybe a month and a half with minimal driving and my oil light is on again at 40,0832 with a suggested next service date of 12/16/2023 at 42,921 miles per their sticker that is normally placed in your car after the service. This makes me question if the oil change was properly done to begin with. Never have had this issue before. When I try and call no one picks up, EVER. The non existent customer service is unacceptable if you ask me. Do better Walmart.Service: Oil change

Best quick lube in the area pretty fast sometimes short handed in staff but other than that no complaints. Awesome customer service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Places sign says 9-4, fiat I get there at 245 after being told by phone that if I got there by 3 no problem to install One tire.. No one answers and some other employee who supposedly no hablo ingles points me to another dude who had the door locked. He was the Same dude I spoke to on the phone who said to get there by 3 and tried ignoring me. But I caught him and he says we short handed no can do with no cars being worked on.Yep Biden keep bringing them in

I tried to call to figure out whether or not they were available to change my oil today, and the first time I called, I was hung up on while they were transferring me to the auto department. I understand it can happen and just tried to call again. The second time I ed they just picked up the phone and hung it up, didn't even say anything to me. Then the third and final time I called, nobody picked up the phone, and it just hung up. You're going to lose customers this way.
