First off I would love to rate a Zero but cannot. This Walmart. Has the shittiest customer service I have even seen. I waited in sporting good for 30 minutes with no assistance even after asking multiple employees for help wanted to get flashlights and they are locked up. But apparently they don't want the business due to nobody coming to actually help. Thank you for showing your true colors Walmart I will not be Back.

Not being from this area and not knowing what is around, there aren't many options for you to do your shopping. When I checked into my hotel I specifically asked if there were any Target stores around and was informed that there were not and that this was literally up the street from the hotel.I make my way here to get a few things that I had forgotten and hopefully be done for the day. Well, I was wrong in that assumption. I walked in here with all intentions of grabbing everything I needed and was sorely not able to do anything of the such.All but one of the items I needed were on the shelves. Normally that's fine, but a lot of the shelves were missing a multitude of items. It was a disappointing trip and I had to find other stores in the area to fulfill my list.On the normal and for this area, I am sure that it is a great spot to get everything you need, but for me, it wasn't.

I like it because your able to print your photos from your phone to Walmart photo center by typing in Walmart photo in your browser then start, select your picture from your phone gallery, then pick them up after getting an alert sent to your phone when they are ready. Now when getting to walmart it might be a little wait.

So I went to this store this morning! it was ridiculous there were not carts!!! then once I was done shopping went to self check out non of them accepted cash! so i had to go to the only cash register that was open. there was a huge line and employees just wondering around doing nothing. Finally they had another cash register open but no one new it because she didn't have her light on. then we went over to that cash register just to have the employee give everyone attitude! Something needs to be done at this store its the worst experience ive ever had! Employees run from you when they see you!!!!!!

I like it because your able to print your photos from your phone to Walmart photo center by typing in Walmart photo in your browser then start, select your picture from your phone gallery, then pick them up after getting an alert sent to your phone when they are ready. Now when getting to walmart it might be a little wait.

If I could give this Walmart a negative star review, I would. I placed a large online order today to be delivered between 2-3pm. By 7:30pm, it's still not here. I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of them, calling every department and no answer. I finally went to the corporate website and got a hold of someone, who said that driver after driver kept canceling it and moving it to the next driver. I was told that the order would be here by 8:40pm. Nothing. Called the corporate number again and the dear lady could only offer me 2 options. Either cancel the whole order and she would reorder it again for tomorrow, or wait until the morning and call again. 9 chances out of 10 this won't make it here tomorrow. This isn't the first time I've had issues with orders at this Walmart either. Order things for pickup and they're canceled. Go inside the store and -TA DAAA! There it is on the shelf. I have no idea how this store is still in business. They don't deserve my hard earned money.

Walmart in Lebanon restrooms. Surprisingly not terrible. Nice neutral tones. Soft circular, in-ceiling overhead lights with newer homey type sinks and faucet. The mirror is rectangular and illuminated behind it to give you perfect lighting. They have 2ply nothing special TP, and the person that came in to take a piss next to me sounded like they were passing a small kidney stone. Overall it gets a solid 8.4/10

Three weeks ago I ordered through Walmart.com some items that were in short supply. I ordered so that I could pick it up at the store pick-up kiosk. At age 72 I was wanting to cut down my exposure to the virus. The items were not in shock at the nearest Walmart 5 miles away, but the website stated that only one more of the items was available 15 miles away. When I arrived at the store the kiosk had malfunctioned and could not be opened even by the manager. It took 25 minutes to get that tidbit of information. So, I walked to the product area and zctually found two of the items that were showing low in stock. I purchased them and was told that walmart.com would refund my money from the kiosk purchase. That was 3 weeks ago snd still no refund. Walmart.com has told me three times to expect the refund in 3 days. BEWARE of using walmart.com for in store pick-ups. Nor should you expect assistance at the store level in the Lebanon, PA location. Once they have your money, good luck on getting a refund. It appears that shopping this way puts thus senior citizen at risk for money theft as well as the viral threat of going into stores. UPDATE!! After about 4 weeks, Walmart .com has returned my money for merchandise that i never received from their Customer Pick-up Kiosk. I moved them to 3 stars from the one star originally.

Horrible store, untrained staff, unprofessional and the company stole $400 from me. I made an online order to pick up at this store. The package is lost, the company is not responding, and I'm out $400. I will never again step foot in a Walmart store, will send mass emails through my company and every social media site in hopes to cost them customers. I have no room or time in my life for unprofessional people, companies, and thieves.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to!!! The store is filthy, the employees aren't knowledgeable about anything and the shelves are always empty. Don't know if it's the management or the fact that they don't have anything to stock. My husband has needed socks since Thanksgiving. As of yesterday there still aren't any socks in the men's department. I wanted to purchase one makeup item. After I was accosted by an employee in that "jailed" makeup department that I had to pay for it right then and there, I've decided I'm better off purchasing what I need from Amazon or a better maintained and cleaner Walmart.

This is not a tax-exempt friendly store - if you're shopping for a tax-exempt organization, please consider going to Giant up the road instead. After spending an hour picking out items I needed for an event for my tax-exempt organization, the cashier and then the manager refused to honor our tax-exempt status, despite the tax exempt code being clearly printed on my purchasing card. They said I needed a special Walmart tax-exempt card, which is ridiculous - every other store in the area honors my tax-exempt purchasing card issued by my bank, and doesn't require a special store-only card. I ended up leaving the items on the conveyor and walking out and went to Giant instead, where they were very helpful. If you're shopping for a tax-exempt organization, please do not shop at the Lebanon Walmart.

I was transferred & put on hold for 1hr & 30min! For simply wanting to ask a question about a the phone service they provide. Literally it was a game of musical chairs transferring "to find someone that could help"! Then I got disconnected so I called back completely fed up absolutely ridiculous of this whole situation to speak to the manger. Honestly I shouldn't of been surprised to find out that it was going to be another pain & hassle for being placed on hold yet again for another 45mins! The associate that answered me informed that she believed the manager might have left or was on their lunch. So by now I was pretty f****** annoyed & irritated. I ask if there was a certain reason why I couldn't call or speak to the manager but she just informed me to "just call back later" in hopes of being able to speak to them. Apparently corporate numbers are no where in the store because I asked for them to maybe speak to a district manger since it was becoming apparent that I was going to get no answers or help! Truly this was absolutely a complete and utter b******* way to conduct your f****** Customer service!
