Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of products and a casual shopping experience. Customers can shop online for fresh groceries, including organic produce, and enjoy the convenience of free same-day delivery and pickup for Walmart+ members, with no mark-ups and the same low prices as in-store. The store also accepts SNAP EBT cards, and shoppers can choose a pickup time that fits their schedule. Walmart's trained associates hand pick groceries and provide assistance, while the Walmart Grocery app helps notify customers when orders are ready and allows for easy check-in. The store features clean floors and modern displays, with some customers noting significant changes compared to previous visits. Many appreciate the friendly and professional staff, especially those working in the pharmacy and online order sections. However, some find the customer service inconsistent, citing unfriendliness or long checkout lines, especially at self-checkout stations. There is also a desire for more Spanish-speaking employees to better serve the predominantly Hispanic community. Despite some issues, customers find the store cozy and appreciate the variety of items and the ease of shopping. Overall, Walmart Supercenter strives to combine a wide product selection with convenient shopping options, though improvements in staff friendliness and staffing levels could enhance the experience.
When you want garden items (soil, mulch) you need to take a picture of what you want. Go to customer service, pay there, go back and load your vehicle . A lot of walking. Their prices are better than the big stores.
