I used to work at Weis Market many years ago as a butcher but now Weis has grown tremendously the staff and management at Weis Market is totally amazing and friendly and supportive in helping you find what you need and the professional courtesy they share with you makes me feel I'm a part of their lives as a family

We used to regularly shop at a competing grocery store, but recently switched to Weis after some bad deli food from that "other" company.
This Weis store often has items that are out of stock everywhere else, like pet food, Turkey Hill iced tea (why is it so hard to find this??), and simple things like snacks or French Fries. Their bakery foods are delicious, and somehow Weis fresh bread always tastes better than other grocery stores (and saves me time from baking it myself). Most of the staff are friendly, especially in the deli, but there have been a few who really do not belong in any form of retail.
I love that they have conveyor belts at some of the self-checkout lines because I prefer self-checkout. However, sometimes their machines are temperamental, which makes the process frustrating. At that point, I would prefer regular checkout, but they usually only have one open with a line. Still, this location is FAR better than the one on the south side of town, and I've never come down with food poisoning from their deli foods, unlike a certain competitor.

This is much less crowded than the wise at the other side of town.People tend to forget about it, but it is just the same as any other location.I have also found some cute last minute gifts for christmas and birthdays here

Stopped at Giant to ask about a last minute cupcake order. They require 24 hours notice and we were 2 hours past the 24 hour mark. They wouldn't even talk to us. We came to Weis and the even thought the bakery was already closed, the team in the deli was more than happy to call a manager to assist us. Avia was more than accommodating. She was super friendly and obviously customer oriented. She was happy to take our order and I left feeling like I mattered as a customer. That's customer service and I truly appreciate it. Even if they aren't able to do our order, I appreciate her taking the time and making the effort to help us when Giant wouldn't. Thanks Avia!! I have a new favorite grocery store when I come to visit my Mimi ?

Went into buy margarine and once again it was short dated. Usually dated out three months. This was dated 3 weeks out, and the same date as last week when I was in . All other local Weis have it dated much longer!!
