I don’t bank here regularly but when I do stop in everyone is very nice and super friendly. I’ve made the occasional deposit and have had to call periodically for business related reasons. They are always helpful and answer my questions, even over the phone.

Bad customer service. Tellers have attitude problems. Now they rarely even answer the phone. This branch sucks.
