I purchased a blue tooth speaker on June 11th of 2023.we had it 25 days the charging port broke in it. we used it a handful of times.went I to the cricket store asking to exchange, I didn't want a credit or money back. was told that it was past the 7 days and they could not exchange it. The manager called her D--the DM did not answer or text back. So she called one from another region & the DM said no. What kind of customer service is that? 7 days-NEVER AGAIN!! Will never purchase anything from them again!!

I was with Cricket for approximately five years, switched to Metro and the phones didn't have service anywhere so I switched back to Cricket. I then busted my Samsung and went back to the Cricket store to purchase the cheapest phone available. A few days later I returned it to the Cricket store and got another Samsung. This all occurred in a month's period of time and the customer service reps at the Leechburg Cricket store were very friendly, had patience with all the changes I made to my account and saved me money where ever they were able. Faith was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Well face just waited on me a few times along the way is one of the most incredible people.. she's an access to your store to your how crooked situation and just helped me out of a right to save my contacts save my pictures and got me a new phone always has great advice is an asset to the team as I said you need to give her a raise and fire lunch and give her a gift for the incredible work that she's doing Rik Billock
