So at first I thought my hair cut lookee great as it was combed back which is what I asked for a fade and long enough hair to comb backwards after leaving getting a shower I noticed that my hair was not faded in at all .I'm very unsatisfied and had to have somebody else fix my hair this was last weekend in Sunday they where really busy the ladies where nice but seemed to be over welmed with how busy they where rushing through haircuts. 😔 I watched two other customers before me get a haircut with in 7mins of each other and both had long hairs that still needed cut .

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the worst salon, hair stylists (if you can even call them that), manager, and haircuts I’ve ever experienced. My 3 sons got their hair chopped to pieces by the manager and another hair stylist working on Sunday. Their hair is absolutely ruined. I went home and buzzed them. I can’t believe how unprofessional the workers were at the time of service. Complaining out loud in front of all the customers of how annoyed they were with how busy they were that day. When called out about how unprofessional it was they laughed and said there’s nothing wrong with what they were saying. I hope not a single person comes to your salon so you can see what it’s like to not be busy and not make money! The haircuts provided are so bad you should have your licenses revoked. As someone that used to do hair I can tell you that is the most unprofessional hairstylists I’ve ever seen.

UPDATE: The kids are home. Their hair had to be fixed by someone else who was surprised at how bad the cuts were. Now, my daughter has to cancel the Christmas pictures because their hair looks so bad. TERRIBLE CUTS AND ATTITUDES! The manager sides with the employees. I doubt anything will be done. Go somewhere else.
I went to this salon in September and my hair was so uneven and choppy. I had to go to JCPenney salon to get it fixed. The stylist there was surprised at how poorly the cut was done.
Over the weekend, we watched our grandkids and got their hair cut here because it was close by. I should have known better. The two stylists complained the entire time we waited about how busy they were. The manager complained about a customer who just left because he wanted more cut hair cut off, then more after she completed the cut. The stylist who cut one grandson's hair was very rude when asking about how to cut his hair. She was very short with me and seemed bothered by the whole idea of having to wait for an explanation of what needed to be done. I have to give the other credit because she did work well with one of the kids. Overall, the haircuts were choppy and not blended well. We'll have to get them fixed at another salon. Needless to say, we won't be returning, even if it's the only salon nearby.

My son and husband went for a haircut today. They told them what they wanted including pictures. My sons bangs are uneven and choppy abd his fade is completely uneven. My husband's bangs are uneven and his fade is wrong. Spoke to the manager, who HUNG UP on my husband after arguing with him and taking her staffs side. They had Heather and Melissa.

first two times i was there, it was great service. hair looked nice and they did a great job. the last two times ive been there, the two different hairstylists messed up a simple fade. it’s very uneven and my most recent visit(today), the lady was very distracted while lining me up and messed up my hair very very very badly and now it looks like i have a carrot top. i’m very unpleased with this service and will not be showing my face into this disgraceful franchise ever again anywhere!

I have been a customer of Great Clips for several years now. 2 things about my recent visit:
1) No wait at the Allegheny Township site
2) The stylist did a great job. When she was finished, I asked about being able to spike my hair. She said it was to long for that and asked if I wanted to be able to spike it. I didn't want to put her out since she was done. But she said it was no problem. So She took the time to make it so I could spike it or lay it over. Great job! Thanks

It was super busy, like a 45 minute wait, which is no problem. I waited and had Heather. She was over the top nice and helped accomplish all I wanted done. I was there donate my hair to the Wigs for Kids program and while she had never done it her coworkers walked her through it and she got it all done fairly quickly. Everyone there was really nice and kind, they even gave my son a lollipop to give him something to do.Stylist: Heather was her name. She was very chatty, so if you don't like to talk while your getting cut or styled then maybe ask for someone else if it's possible. She's very knowledgeable and also does well with clippers for a man wanting to get cut there.

Love coming here!! The staff are so nice and great conversationalist!! It's so nice and cheap. I also love the convenience as it's right so close to other stores and restaurants.

Waiting area was cold, room temp was set at 69 degree. Other wise good service, would suggest checking in online.
