My visit was exceptionally great. I appologize for not getting the technician's name, but she was absolutely kind and pleasant to talk with, and professional in her skillset. I hope I was just as pleasant to deal with. Thanks!

Don't take time off work and come here unless it's way before closing. They refused to do a quick blood draw and wasted my time and money. Thanks for nothing.

You need to get some of that Comcast business Wi-Fi. There’s no service at this location and if you need to print documents or get something off your phone, it’s almost impossible.

I wish it was possible to give a zero star cause if I could, I would. They definitely are not kids friendly. Took my 8 year old daughter there not even once but twice for bloodwork so the doctor can refill her meds both times was a waste the first time the lady wouldn’t even entered the room she said my daughter is to strong she wasn’t going to try then took us go on our way and get a hold of the doctor and see if they could give her medication to relax her and come back, I did that and still nothing. My daughter is artistic. Seems like they don’t have patience for the disabled kiddos well the same day I made a few phone calls and told them about this experience and point me in the right direction I took my daughter to Children's East in monroeville great place for kids I highly recommend Children's East, the Lady who did my daughters blood was amazing and friendly. I give quest in Leechburg a 0 star. I don’t recommend bringing kids here they have no respect for kids i highly recommend Children's East.

No hassle blood draw, schedule from home and walk in at your scheduled time and have your blood drawn. Very nice people working there and the place is super clean. I would recommend Quest to anyone who wants a no hassle blood draw.

This is a review on the QD company over all, not directed at this particular location since the staff has no control over the venue protocol. QD is generally cheaper over all, as opposed getting lab work at a local hospital system. I'll likely use QD again and likely with an appointment.
You know,I get it that it's good to make an appointment for lab test, I've done it b4 with this company in the past AND I still had u to a 45 minute wait. But today, I had to do a walk in; I have a job that gets me home for only a few days while being on the road for 12 weeks. I expected a wait of at least 60 minutes, perhaps 90 minutes as others who did have appointments showed up.
So, I was there 2 hrs as three sets of customers came and went. That said, after 90 minutes, it's NOT UN-REASONABLE to take a walk in person; it's not going to screw up the works. And nobody in the their right mind is going make it a habit of going in w/o an appointment, so it WON'T inconvenience those who did have the LUXURY, of being afforded the opportunity, to make an appointment.
Needless. Since QD wouldn't afford me services , my Dr. won't have the lab work to make determinations to assure my overall health is maintained. Way to go QD! Maybe, I will start paying a little more by using a local hospital venue, since the HEALTH & WELL BEING of QD patients is NOT at the top of this Corporation's list of priorities.

The New Kensington office is amazing. Debbie who trains people was amazing and so nice and cordial and happy to work there.
Well I wont encourage anyone to to visit the Allegheny township office near Leechburg PA.
The one woman is extremely rude the last time I visited telling everyone that if they didnt have appointments that they better leave and get one that she didnt even know if she could fit the 3 of us in that day. Then came back and repeated herself later with more conviction and even pointing her finger at us seeing that we never left. One stayed and two of us left. You could tell she was going to make sure we sat there for hours.
I then drove to the New Kensington Office. Walked in, got blood work fast, then left and went back to the Leechburg office and walked in door and that guy was still sitting there.
Ridiculous

Very convenient location for my distance, as a first timer I was truely impressed with my quick visit to the lab & I would use it again.

Slow and inefficient. Good luck even talking to a real person if you have any issues. Wouldn't recommend. Go somewhere that values your time.

When I went into the draw room I had an order from my PCP & one from my oncologist. I told the phlebotomist that most of the tests would overlap. She sent them to the lab as two separate orders. They ran them as two separate orders when the only thing different on them was a magnesium from the oncologist and an A1C from the PCP. My insurance will likely not pay for the duplicates and I will NOT be responsible for the duplicates when I was explicit that they would overlap.

I am still disappointed with NEVER receiving any response regarding not being able to receive service at the Natrona Heights Quest on March 16, 2024 when I had an 11:00 appointment. No one was present at the Quest location, there was no notification provided, nor has ANYONE from Quest has returned my call. Unfortunately, Aetna has an arrangement with Quest that if I did not get my labs drawn at Quest, I would have to pay for each blood draw. I get multiple blood draws sometimes monthly. Aetna's agreement with Quest forces me to continue to NOT have an option but to continue to go to Quest for my medical needs.
