Unbelievably frustrated with my carrier. We've had issues in the past with the way that packages were delivered to the front porch (thrown) and late mail coming at 6 pm. This time I'm annoyed enough to write the review. I have a certified letter with banking information in your custody, but the postal carrier HAS NOT TRIED TO DELIVER IT ONCE. No knock, no truck honk, nothing. She didn't even fill out the form this time. Not sure if you're aware, but people....often the majority of people...they have work and children and other obligations that prevent them from getting to the post office before it closes at a ridiculous time. You should relate since you're also working then. I tried calling this post office to sort this out, but they picked up the line and immediately hung up. I've never called them before, so it's not like they recognized the number and didn't want to deal with me....no, that's literally just how they're dealing with the general public right out of the gate. Absolutely horrendous service from this post office and my designated mail carrier for over a decade now.

I have never experienced getting 3 days of no mail except for packages I ordered from amazon. I have important payments for our business that was supposed to be delivered on Friday and it’s never taken 3 days to be here. I know multiple other residents having the same issue and all they say is “well it probably went to another location and has to be rerouted”. I worked for the post office it’s never taken this long and you can’t even mark that you didn’t receive a piece of mail on the app anymore. Also, the mail person doesn’t even attempt to deliver certified mail and just leaves notices in the mail box.

It would be amazing if this office in particular would start hiring competent people. I've had so many packages delivered to the wrong address by the Leechburg post office, makes me wonder if they only hire the mentally handicapped.

Getting pretty fed up with the mail carrier, shoving packages in my mailbox so hard I can't barley pull them out. & once I do pull it out, all the rest of my mail is damaged and all over the ground from getting the package out.
Hire someone better or train them correctly.

Frustrating to have packages show delivered but not get them til the next day, packages delivered to a neighbor, people down the street. Its getting ridiculous at this point.

Mail goes missing constantly! My mail has been delivered to neighbors house! When it does arrive it is bent or torn open!

They won't deliver packages that don't fit in my mailbox because we have a paved driveway, and they use studded tires that could damage my driveway. That's cool, dealt with it all winter, but it is almost april and its 75 degrees out. I'm not a meteorologist but I'm pretty sure its time to take off the studded tires and get back to doing your job correctly

Was hesitant to use this post office because of the reviews, but just went in this morning to mail something priority mail, no wait, the rep was very helpful and even made a suggestion to help me save money. Great experience

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's hit or miss with having to wait in line, but they are efficient and keep the line moving along. Can't ask for anything better!
