We have had nothing but terrible outcomes after buying custom cabinets from this company. They showed up in the wrong colored stain. Yes we did get some money back but still having issues. The stain started peeling off of one of the cabinet doors. Had to send it out, get it redone and it came back about 3 weeks later…..for one cabinet door. There was damage and scratches on them after we opened them. Now the cabinets are changing color and speckling on the cabinets next to the windows. The people/owners are nice but the actual cabinets themselves I would not recommend to anyone.

Shame "no stars" isn't an option. The most horrible experience we ever had with a contractor. It could have spawned it's own TV reality show. We live with the errors, damage, and omissions of their design and installation every day. Unfortunately, after the fact, there is really nothing you can do except tear it out and start over.A VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE ON OUR PART! Kind of the gift that keeps on giving.....

Seriously inferior quality. Hire true professionals or the Amish.. these people sell junk that is mostly pressed board. And the business is mainly operated by an inbred family clan that keeps it in the bloodline!

Khale's kitchen was sent by Lowe's warranty service department to repair our dishwasher that is under warranty. The technician from Khale's Kitchen was here approximately 5 minutes, damaged our floor, shoved the broken pieces of floor under the dishwasher, stated it was "leaking because it wasn't level" (according to the technician) and left. We had a certified contractor come in and check thw dishwasher to see if the dishwasher was level . Our contractor informed us it WAS in fact level and that the dishwasher should be a sealed system. It should not leak even if it were slightly unlevel (which it was not). We now have a damaged floor and a leaking dishwasher and Lowe's wants to send Khale's Kitchen back into our home. No thanks!

I love my factory direct kitchen. Our designer Lori was extremely patient with us as we slogged through the process of planning my kitchen. I have a very tiny galley kitchen that needed much more storage. Lori's commonsense suggestions were wonderful. and resulted in the kitchen of my dreams. Several things that I loved:* My favorite things in the kitchen are my deep drawers for storage. My husband was leery about my insistence that I wanted to have drawers instead of shelves, but he is now a believer.* My deep shelf above the refrigerator is wonderful. I asked them to extend it out so that instead of a shallow useless cabinet over the refrigerator, I now have a deep place to store bulky things like cookie sheets, muffin tins, and other long bulky items that can be difficult to store and access.* My floor to ceiling cabinets allow for storage of those once-in-a-while items that only need to be accessed occasionally.* Our coffee station gave us a ton of storage for a coffee maker, coffee, sugar, tea, coffee cups, and dessert plates with plenty of storage leftover. We also had Lori design a corner cabinet and that combined with all of the rest of the design doubled our cabinet storage.I just could not be more pleased with my kitchen. It is truly a dream come true and I am so proud of it. Thanks to Lori and the entire staff of Kahle's Kitchens for such an amazing experience.

Would highly recommend checking Kahle's Kitchens out before ant major cabinet purchase. Have used their products in three areas of our home. Lots of compliments from visitors.
