I would leave NO stars but I can't!!!! They need to train plp to be more polite and respectful and not have a damn attitude!!!!!! It makes no sense to work with plp just to be miserable and treat plp like shyt!!! Also certain workers use the discount card and some do not. I always paid 18 to 20 for one of my scripts and for some reason I had to pay over 26 dollars and when I said something her ignorant ass just looked at me like I'm stupid. Cvs SERIOUSLY needs to have better workers there cause they seem to be a problem to most of the customers getting their scripts. The cashiers are the ONLY ones that are helpful and respectful!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I work in pharmacy and I’m embarrassed that someone could associate these rude people with my career. They make mistakes filling scripts, which happens-we are all human, but then blame the patients for their mistake. They are outright rude and lie to their customers. I simply wanted to drop off a coupon for the script that would be $450 otherwise. My baby was asleep in the back so I went through the drive thru to give the information and come back later. They refused and said I had to walk inside. I explained that I wasn’t going to sit in the drive thru. They could take the information and I would come back. I explained I had a sleeping baby in the back (a big reason the drive thru exists) and they got rude and refused. We are transferring our prescriptions somewhere else. Thrilled to never have to deal with them again.

I’ve had two extremely disappointing experiences at this CVS, both involving rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff who have no business working in customer service.
A few weeks ago, we stopped by the drive-thru to pick up my son’s prescription. I handed the pharmacy tech the prescription, which clearly had his name, date of birth, and medication name written on it. She held it in her hand and still asked, “What are you here for?” I said, “Picking up a prescription.” Then she asked for his date of birth—despite it already being on the prescription she was holding. I simply pointed that out, and she immediately snapped, “You don’t have to be rude.” If stating a fact is considered rude, that’s a personal problem, not mine.
The real issue, however, was their nonsensical refusal to fill the prescription because they suddenly required a handwritten note from the doctor with a specific stamp and signature placement—something that made no sense to the doctor when I told him. After wasting our time, she called someone and then refused to fill the prescription at all. As we were leaving, she sarcastically told my husband, “Go have a beer for me too.” Not only was this highly unprofessional, but my 10-year-old son was in the car and even asked, “Mom, why did she say to drink a beer?” Imagine how inappropriate a comment must be for a child to question it.
Today’s experience was just as bad. While shopping for my son’s medication, he urgently needed to use the restroom. I asked a tall woman with light hair wearing a colorful cloth mask for the passcode, and her immediate response was a cold, dismissive ‘No.’ No explanation, no attempt to help—just flat-out refusal. What kind of person denies a child access to a restroom? That goes beyond bad customer service—it’s just inhumane.
To make it worse, I saw another customer walk out of the bathroom, proving that access is given to some people but not others. I then asked a cashier, who was actually helpful. He had no issue opening the bathroom for my son and was incredibly polite. But then, this same miserable woman scolded the cashier for helping us. Not only does she mistreat customers, but she bullies her own coworkers for simply doing the right thing.
It’s worth noting that the only rude employees at this location are those working behind the pharmacy counter. The cashiers and floor staff are always polite and helpful, but for some reason, these self-important pharmacy workers think they’re better than everyone else and treat customers like garbage.
CVS, if you care at all about your customers and staff, you should seriously reconsider keeping someone like this on your team. Nobody should be treated the way she treats people.
Never ever I’ll return to CVS. Would rather drive five minutes extra to go to other pharmacy.

I was assisted by the store manager. He was very pleasant and helpful. He reminded me of what customer service was. We don't see that as often any more.

This place is disgusting, specifically the night shift is TOTAL DISGUSTING. I entered the store and as always you never find anyone, there were already a few customers in the store and I can assure you that most of them were looking for customer service. I went to look for what I was looking for and in the same way I felt a little confused with the product and the one from CVS but in the same way I go to the checkout and pass the original and it is a product for which the age needs to be approved and there they The two of them run out of the office and I ask her the question about brands, to which she answers with a terrible attitude that she DIDN'T KNOW and the problem is not not knowing, the problem is the superb attitude that the employee had, after spending a few minutes in silence while I read the boxes I decide to go with the one I thought was correct but it seems to me that Cvs should work more with their night customer service
