Wonderful Family owned Facility. Joe was wonderful and explained everything we needed to know for move in and out. Our furniture is secure in a clean climate controlled unit. Highly recommend for any storage needs!

I have been having a storage unit for about almost 3 years now. I love it here honestly the best storage place I’ve dealt with so far ! No issues, always friendly and easy to contact. Very secure place and police station very close !!

Little or no communication. Infested with mice/rats. Not worth it honestly. Prices may be good but theres a reason its too good to be true. Willing to get as much as he can then threathen to take you to court for more. Bad business practices applied. Rent with caution.

I am a new renter at DAK storage and so far the customer service has been exceptional. Joe is very thorough in explaining the process and helpful in answering questions and offering assistance. . The storage unit was clean and locks are secure.

The place is clean and well maintained. But way over priced. Make sure you can give at least 15 days (not 10 or in my case 12) notice for moving out or else you will be charged another FULL months rent. The guy won’t even work with you & prorate it, even after being a customer for over 11 years!!!!Here’s the best part. I am being charged a whole months rent when I turned the keys in 12 days before the next month. (Not my lease, trying to help out an older relative)& they immediately put the unit back up for rent because they had the keys. I asked for them back & was told I could, now I had time to get them & can’t have them. So I’m paying rent for 42 days & I can’t even access the unit. & it can be rented to someone else. Double dipping is something a CROOK would do!!! Do do business with crooks!!

Je is very nice and explain everything u need to know I like it here I signed in for a climate one and it's very clean inside if u need a storage come over here is where u need to get your stuff lol ?

Joe was great with moving in. Was leaving a bad situation and made it possible with staying late to make sure I could get out of where I was. Never had any issues. If I'm ever in need of a storage unit I would definitely come back! Thanks again Joe!

Doesn't work with anyone even knowing I have been on time till now due to medical reasons and as far as I'm concerned over charging. Don't rent here if your ever late and want forgiveness, cuz this isn't the place. They only care about money.
