“Check in at guard the night before delivery. Helped me find parking. Awesome guys. Next morning report to the guard again and got instructed to drive to door 152 I believe or 159 to check in to man door with bills. That door is around the building maybe 3/4 way down. Gave door right away and unloaded quickly. Came out with bills when they were done. No complaints.”
“Carlos listened to what wanted and showed up nice selection of mattresses. He asked questions to help him know how to guide us. We were never pressured into a sale. We did make a purchase because we liked the product and because it was an excellent sales experience.”
“Leo was so kind and made the mattress shopping experience so easy, even for first time buyers! He helped us determine what we wanted without being pushy. Now we have the mattress of our dreams!”
“I had the pleasure of working to fulfill an order with Pedro. It ended up being more involved than either of us planned, with tech issues and coordinating all of the pieces to arrive on the same date to my new home. Pedro was so kind and patient the entire transaction, answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to ensure I received quality customer service. It's employees like him that keep me coming back to R&F for business, it's always a great experience, but Pedro went the extra mile to make it fantastic.”
“I am so happy with the service i received from Kayla (not sure of the spelling) in Wyomissing store . She reallly is patient and knowlegable. Her attention to detail was very helpful. She never pushed a sale just listened and made honest suggestions. The establishment is also very clean. Information about materials: number of Coils, etc is presented clearly and thoroughly. I received my new bed the next day. Prices are normal. I also liked their computer bedmatch that matched me with the right bed for me. I had already picked the one they suggested before i took the test. All together a very positive experience! And a wonderful bed ! Thank Gd!”

“I went to Bob's on a Saturday afternoon just looking for an automatic bed. Adam Hiller was the young man to help us. He was professional, nice and knowledgeable in answering my questions. I do recommend the Wyomissing (Reading) store.

“Walked in looking for a sectional for our living area. Joshua worked with us to find this beauty along with a matching entertainment center. He made it an incredibly enjoyable shopping experience and clearly knows what he is selling. Very comfortable and high quality furniture. Will be back for more!”
“This has to be one of the greatest sales interactions I've ever had. I walked in the store thinking a mattress is a mattress. She got me fitted for a mattress and helped me by educating me on them. There alot that goes into these things. I left with a broader understanding that proper sleep helps significantly with health. She got me hooked up with kingsdown water glen. And surprised me with a free head up base!!! Too cool, Im very happy.”
“We needed another bed and we visited the Hamburger store. We don’t like the fast sales pitch, but Michelle was very patient and really showed why they call their store staff “sleep experts”. She asked a lot of questions that we initially thought were unnecessary but soon realized why we were having comfort issues with our current bed. She explained the sale, finance options, and helped pick a delivery day that met our schedule. Thank you, Michelle! We look forward to our new bed and a good night’s sleep.”
“Absolutely love mattress by appointment! They are absolutely wonderful did a fantastic job showing me different options and very clearly explaining price knowing what I was getting into. They made sure they went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and I greatly appreciate them. Do the same for yourself. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.”
“I bought a living room set and the price was very reasonable and affordable. The employees are professional and very informative. Overall, I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Rotana Furniture!”
“Breanna the sales rep was fantastic. No rush, no upsale, answered every question, and explained every part of the sale and delivery process. Veteran discount as well.”

“The whole family is really nice. I've bought many mattresses from them & they go the extra mile & take it upstairs to your bedroom. They deliver same day! Great Company! Great furniture!!”
“We have purchased multiple times from Delongs and have visited many times while in the market for new furniture. Their inventory does change so make sure you check it out until you find the perfect piece. We would often see what we were looking for on Facebook and then go look in person. We have purchased 2 sectional couches, a recliner and 2 end tables here. The quality is good and prices reasonable. We will definitely go back when we need new furniture again. They are very nice to work with.”
