“We used O'Brien's Moving & Storage twice in both January and February to transition from our old home > to storage > to our new home. Their estimator arrived on time to review our inventory and home and the quote was competitive and reasonable.
The moving team also arrived on time and were respectful of our things and of our property. My only feedback would be to ensure that you are available to watch and oversee their packers when they are packing your items (if they are packing your items). We had a lot of boxes that were unlabeled when we were ready to settle into our new home and that made the unboxing process more challenging. That is a minor issue, and we were otherwise very happy with them from start to finish. All our items got from point A to point B safely and the guys were nice to work with.”
“Samara was extremely helpful with helping to select the proper unit. I was able to do a few walkthroughs and practice parking my car to assess safe access. Also, her teammate Tammy was extremely helpful in this process, not only by providing expertise but customer service with smiles and laughter.”

“I really loved that they had the option for indoor storage, especially because I have some old furniture that I wanted protected and I ended up having my things here for 3 years. The only reason I’m taking it out is because I finally bought a house and have a place to permanently put my things! :) I also love the option to have autopay on because I didn’t have to worry about the idea of accidentally not paying. This was my first time using a storage unit so I didn’t know how long they keep your things if you forget to pay and I was nervous about that but I’ve never had any issues over the past 3 years. The whole experience was super easy and worry free and lovely. The “move out” was also super easy. I had other people pick up my things and they simply said if it was empty and the lock was off, then they would mark me as being “moved out” and end my autopay but if they weren’t able to take everything that day, they wouldn’t assume I was moved out or throw anything away. They would just wait for everything to be picked up. So that was super easy as well. Thank you so much!”
