Very disappointed with Tower Healtgs website, CLEARLY states opens at 6AM walking welcome. Not a soul there at 6:20AM, door locked! Needless to say back up 61 to HNL, fortunately their web info. is accurate and labs complete. Tower is losing my confidence daily!

It's completely dark in the lot now without the light's in the parking lot turned off now. All the lights and the sign on 61 are shut off now. I am surprised noone has been hit or fell on the ice yet.

The fastest lab I’ve been to! Employees are so professional, kind and knowledgeable! They fully understand that a lot of us are struggling with our health and they are so sensitive to this, very kind and humane people! I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much for everything you do!

Came for an MRI. Everyone was nice to me, from the check in lady to the techs. Was nervous of course, but they all made me feel much more at ease. Showed me the machines and made me a copy of my images upon request.

Dear GOD is this place terribly run. No take a number, no sign in. Nobody sitting up front. Just come in and pay attention to who was here before and after you. If ANYONE has an appt, it doesn’t matter the time it’s for. That person jumps to the front of the line irregardless. I find it hard to believe that a hospital run lab would have processes that are this backwards.
For instance, a person walked in with an appointment that they were one hour early for…. They STILL jumped in front of the 4 other people who had been waiting 35+ minutes

My husband has been here twice and has terrible experiences both times. My husband has very large veins and is an easy stick. Both times the phlebotomist has had to stick him several times. Today the phlebotomist (a large man with bald head and tattoos) stuck his antecubital vein, missed, did not take the tournicot off and proceeded to stick another needle in his hand. Blood was dripping down his arm from the first missed stick. The man has a terrible bedside manner. Needless to say we won't be utilizing that lab again. Please educate your staff before someone gets hurt.

It wasn't crowded for a Saturday morning which my husband and I love. I do have one complaint about the laboratory because they would not let my husband and I go in together and I'm afraid of needles and normally if I watch my husband I'm normally okay and they wouldn't let me have my husband in with me I don't think that's right and plus my husband cannot see without his reading glasses and I'm his eyes and that's the other reason why we need to go in together so when we come in next time you should be allowed to go in together thank you

I went here a couple weeks ago to get my gestational diabetes 1 hour test done!!! I was not impressed by the male phlebotomist! Big bald guy with tattoos He has horrible bedside manner also. He was very unprofessional when a co-worker had left early. He was doing my blood work and looked at me and said I don't have time for stupidity for people. The two women who are there on a regular basis are very sweet. I have never had an issue with those ladies. This gentleman If I are planning to go back there, I don't want his service.

Couldn't ask for a more pleasant visit Gentleman who checked me in couldn't have been nicer. Nurse who took my blood very nice and I didn't feel a thing

Don’t go here if you have a deductible because it’s classified as the Reading hospital which it is not a hospital it is a lab so insurances charge you the same as an emergency room visit

Went for ct scan. Took me right away. No delays. Always come here for labs and tests that can be done there. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

I was here this past week and there’s an imaging tech that is horrible!!!!! I didn’t get her name but she’s Caucasian, sorta tall, and has long brown hair. This chick’s attitude was the worse. In the middle of my ultrasound I told her I didn’t like her attitude. All her responses when I talked to her or asked her a question were condescending and rude.Her energy and aura were all negative. During my ultrasound I told her not to touch me any longer. I got up and walked out. I told the lady up front about the technician’s nasty attitude.I called and reported how rude she was to the patient advocate department. The technician’s boss called me the next day and I told her what happened.Be mindful of who is touching your belly during this intimate/vulnerable time. Whether if you’re pregnant or not. I didn’t want her negative energy on me. Which is why I got up and walked out. This girl needs a vacation, go and regroup, or get another job!!! Who knows who else she’s been rude or nasty to. The way she treats patients/ customers is unacceptable!!!

This lab is only about a mile from my house, so I always use it. Friendly staff, clean, lots of parking, usually very short wait
