Had a couple tires with low pressure. They let me back up my trailer to their shop and filled them with air, no charge. Very easy to get to with a tractor trailer.

I am removing this location from our network. We will NOT longer be doing business with Ray. Ray, is charging USA Truck Inc. 2.5 hours (1 hour at $99.00 and 1.5 hours at $121.00), AND mileage (38 miles round-trip), to change (1) tire 19 miles away. At $99.00 per hour to drive 38 miles, that's already $2.60 per mile!!! But, Ray wants the extra mileage, not because he feels $2.60 per mile is not enough. He wants it because that's what he charges all of this customers, and that's the way Bridgestone lets him do it. I tried to explain that Bridgestone does NOT require him to charge all of his customers driving time and mileage. But, Ray said he would rather no longer do business with USA Truck Inc. It's just too much of a hassle for him to have to deal with this every time he does a service call for USA Truck Inc. When is it enough? $2.60 per mile and Ray wants an extra $25.00. We have over 14,000 road calls a year for just tires. We spend over $10,000,000.00 a year on tires. But, NOT with Bob Sumerel Tire Co. in Leetsdale, PA.
