Jena was so helpful and knowledgeable! She helped me unlock my iPhone with no problems. Also helped me lower my monthly plan! I highly recommend requesting her to help with any service.

I dread getting a new phone or changing my plan, but this store makes it a breeze. They don't give you the run around, or make it confusing. Every single person I've worked with fixed my problem or did thier best to get me exactly what I needed! A 5 start review is not a strong enough review!

Last night I went to the lehighton store. Spoke to CJ. Told him what happened at their store in Allentown on tilghman Street and Cj took the time to look up my acct and see that I had insurance. CJ went ahead and filed a claim for me. The next day I went to Easton and got my phone repaired. I would let everybody know the best store because the workers like CJ are there to help you and figure out what is wrong with your phone. Wonderful customer service in Lehighton great workers

Went in for an issue I was told (via a phone call) that could be fixed, but I needed to come into the store.. no problem! Drove the 40 minutes, walked into the store and was told “nope, we can’t do that.” ???
After attempting to make these account “changes”, I told the associate “forget it, I’ll just get a new phone.”
From that point, this guy turned into a full blown used car salesman ! Fast talking/pushing all this crap I didn’t want/and making changes that would have me signing up for ATT Air for internet service ?????
After 20 minutes of a “sell-job”, I finally walked out of the store in disgust.
I definitely won’t be returning to the Lehighton location

I've had phones with these guys for 10 years, always an insurance policy for like 15 A MONTH FOR A DECADE.....NEVER, I repeat, NEVER get the insurance. I filed a claim with their the insurance for the first time, and it's a third party...and I have to drive over an hour, then wait up to 2 hours just to get my battery replaced! As soon as I do so, I'm canceling their janky insurance and never getting it again! Weak sauce. Probably will eventually go to prepaid phones from Walmart after this rubbish.

ATT raised the price of their glass cover replacement from $8 ton$10 which is not what I signed the contract for. Totally unacceptable!!!! I’m sure it’s written in fine print that they can do that but not a way to conduct business. Maybe verizon will honor their promises

I was seeing an under five minutes down by the name of Alex from the Lehighton Pennsylvania office did a phenomenal job. He resolved my issue within 10 minutes very knowledgeable and polite. You need more people like that at your store.
