Had an absolutely fantastic experience with an associate by the name of William Wolfe. He helped me through every step of my quick exhaust repair and acted with the patients of a saint. I have him and only him to thank for the resolution to my problem.

I purchased a battery for my car and I asked the man if he could install for me as I didn't know how to, he said yes he could. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me. After he was done I asked his name and he said George,I thanked him for all his help. He was a super nice guy. Thank you again!George my car started next day with no hesitation

I was helped by a young lady who was very polite and knowledgeable. It took her only 10 minutes to plug into my car, hook into the computer, tell me what was wrong and what parts I needed, give me a print out, and order my parts. The staff even gave me advice of how to handle the situation until my car was fixed.

My friends power steering went and the associate checked out what he needed to and replaced the fluid for us it was very sweet of him it was freezing cold out and I didn't have to stand up rhw cold and do it thank you guys

I buy parts here 1-3 times a week on a commercial account. The commercial account manager Kerry does a fantastic job every time. She goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need to get the job done.

I called the store looking for a battery bracket, associate checked the computer and said they didn’t carry the product. We went to the store and found them on the shelf. Total came to $6.88. I gave the associate $21.88. The associate “made a mistake “ and called over a coworker (old enough to be her father!) Between the two of them they could not figure out that I was supposed to get back $15 in change.
