Came in to pickup a new cable modem. The guy behind the counter was very nice and had me set up with a new modem in a few minutes. Got home plugged it in and the Internet worked on the first try. What more can you want.

Just went in to return some equipment, they closed down the location of the store closer to me. It was quick and easy to get in there wasn't hard to find but finding days where they're open that fit with my schedule are difficult. They are only open 2 days a week
