Ralph is an absolute legend! He got me hooked up with a new phone, got everything completely transfered over and had my case and screen protector on as well. I didn't need to do a thing to it when I left sans sign into my apps.
Special extra shout out. A customer came in who spoke no English. Ralph used his phone to communicate with the individual and helped get him a new phone as well and got him taken care of completely.
Ralph is really all about the customer. He knows his product well and is really positive and upbeat.

If you go to this cricket, ask for Landon. He made switching carriers quick and painless. I was in and out, we had some good conversation in the small waiting periods and he responded to all of my questions with full descriptive answers. I knew exactly what was going on at all times and it was the best provider experience I've had.

My Husband needed a new phone & we got to the store a half hr before closing time & Landon was WONDERFUL!!! He wasn't pushy, had great customer service, wasn't trying to rush us due to closing time & he took his time with us! He even took the extra time to transfer all the files!! Landon is a great asset to Cricket & we will definitely be back if we need anything else in the future! I would give Landon 10 stars, if I could!

Ralph was great to deal with he was helpful and knowledgeable. He treated customers that came in with a smile and a hello even when helping me set up the new phone I got in mail.

At the Lehighton Pa store, associate Edwin B (who worked Saturday August 6th 2022 at 10am ) was Super Rude from when I walked in the door until I left the store. This associate should be trained in customer service. This was the Worst experience at a cricket store I have ever had. As I walked in the store he didn't greet me he said I need your id. Then I said you can finish helping the customer at the counter first. He insisted for my id. I gave him my id then asked him to help my son look for a phone case that matches the phone he picked out. The associate Edwin B refused. He said he needed all my information before he would even think about walking over there to help my son. I was thoroughly confused. I asked again for him to help my son. Edwin B refused again. I said I shouldn't have to give you anything for you to assist my son in picking out the right size case. I was going to be buying a $800 phone and needed assistance. Edwin B refused again because I asked him to help before I gave him my information. Now customer service is a huge thing in sales. He was the only one in the store so he was representing the store And the company name. I asked over and over for him to help my son and he refused. I asked for his mangers name and number and he refused to give me any information. I bought the phone spent almost a thousand dollars and the Edwin B associate pushes the boxes over the counter and says he wouldn't help my son set it up. The pure and utter ignorance of this associate has made that store and cricket look horrible for keeping an associate like that on staff.

Hours say 10-7 Monday thru Friday. However I've never seen them open at 10 and they always close up early. Drove through a bad storm and arrived at 634 pm on 8/5/22 and the lights are off and no one around. This happens quite often.

The store people were as helpful as they could be but hope you never need customer support. Evidentally, being located in the Philippine's, gives them enough distance to feel it is ok to be rude and obnoxious to its customers. I also witnessed them be the same to a store worker who tried to plead my case. Cannot wait to get away from them! WORST company I have ever dealt with. I accidentally paid twice for one month and tried to pay the second month with the overage. Even though I had receipts, they refused to acknowledge that payment and threatened to shut my phone off. I have forwarded my complaint to the PA Attorney Generals office!!!

Great reliable service for a fraction of the price you'd pay with other providers. The staff here are well informed and can help with any issue you may have. I have 4 lines for $100 22GB prioritised high speed data, after 22GB you have unlimited data with varying speed. I only recently have issues making phone calls at work but other than that the service is great.
