this bank closed my account and when my money was direct deposited into my account from my unemployment since they closed my account they refuse to return the money back to the unemployment office to send me my money that is due to me and the unemployment office has told them to refund my money back to them and they refused to do so and my account has been closed since the begining of December

My husband and I had a great experience with Hermine. We had many questions and different things for her to do. Mission accomplished!!! Opened up accounts for myself and my son with Hermine. She was awesome! Explained everything to us and was personable. Prior to opening up the accounts I called customer service and spoke with someone and I unfortunately don't remember her name but she was awesome also! Very happy to do business with this bank....

This isn't a bank. Call it what you want, but if I give someone a check to cash and they drive there to be told, there's a $1000 limit, it's communism and greed and actually makes the check writer look really bad. Closing the account here - use a bank where freedom to transact is available.
