“On this visit we went to look at and possibly purchase a Weber propane grill to replace our 21 year old Weber Summit grill. We saw a slightly smaller Weber we liked online and went to see it in person. Unfortunately the one on the floor was not the one we were looking at even though it was marked as the same one. We brought this mistake to the attention of an employee and they spent a few moments doing some research and apologized for the mistake, stating that the floor model of the one we wanted had been sold. So we ordered one and got free assembly and free delivery along with my military discount. When they delivered it, one door had a crease/dent. The driver called Lowes service and they could order a new one for me at no additional cost or I could accept it and receive a discount. I accepted it and got another discount. Overall, the experience was very good and both the store staff and the contractor they hired were very helpful and professional.”
“Showing up the day of a snowstorm to pickup an online order was probably not the best idea on my end. The store was BUSY! Went to customer service where I met Josh. Josh exceeded my expectations with his friendly/helpful approach. Treated me like I was a real human being with respect and professionalism. That shows he’s a GOOD person. Thank you Josh.
Upon leaving, I met up with Chris (store manager) who also was helpful and friendly. We shared a few positive words between each other which was nice.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I give credit to Josh and Chris who made that happen out of one of the busiest days for them. Hats off to the tractor supply team in Lehighton. I appreciate you”
