I feel bad rating them poorly because everyone was very nice… I went in for a walk in gel pedicure and it was botched. For 55$, I felt I was overcharged and under serviced. I had clear gel all over my skin, hard clear gel was dripping off of my pinky toe, the paint color went over my cuticles and ran into the sides of my toes, and my color is lumpy looking. It’s a very clean and nice place but I just feel disappointed with the price and the product I received.

I got my nails done and I got home and my middle finger nail fell off. I don’t know if that’s normal but it fell off.

Walked in for two pedicures, took us right in and were amazing! great conversation and sanitation, good prices compared to the salons in the valley. overall good experience

Waited over an hour they took off my acyclic color then the lady left and did someone else’s toes then I waited another hour for a new tech to start my nails. Also all the colors I picked they said they didn’t have and to pick another color. I ended up leaving with my nails looking worse than when I came in. Definitely under staffed

Way way over priced … couldn’t even get my shape right even tho I showed her the picture a few times showing her the correct shape … I showed her multiple times my one pointer finger she made the nail crooked so I paid way too much for unpolished and crooked nails smh they did amazing on my feet tho they charged me 87$ for my 13 yr old nails and hers did turn out cute they was short so they r better with short nails ….everything is overpriced anymore
Requested style: She couldn’t do it I couldn’t even let her paint them cause she couldn’t get them shaped right gotta go get it fixed somewhere else

I just got my fingers and toes colors with gel nail polish no manicure. Then when got I noticed they have cracks in same did not file well. She was done in a hr changed me $60 for nail polish. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEIR AGAIN THAT IS JUST NUTS RIPPED OFF, I THINK SHE JUST MADE PRICE UP, DIDN'T GIVE ME BROKE OF PRICES FOR FINGER AND TOES SHE WÀS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. ANY OTHER PLACES A MANICURE INCURRED WHEN GET. WOW! VERY DISPPOINTED VERY VERY OVER PRICED

My first experience I brought my 11 year old granddaughter we both had mani/pedi. She was going to be in a wedding party and was excited to look as beautiful as any lady in the wedding. We showed the lady a picture of what she wanted and I had a feeling she did not fully understand. Her nails were done before mine, when I was done I saw the look on her face. OH boy, she started crying and immediately they came over and totally redid the nails. They were so kind to her. I have gone after that and super nice and attentive staff. I have been going there ever since.

I would absolutely no doubt give this place zero stars if I could. I went in here with a clear cut idea and design that I wanted for my nails. I happened to have my 1 month old baby with me at the time I was getting my nails done. My baby began to fuss while I was getting my nails done and I was then told by the nail tech with the short hair and glasses that: "because the baby is fussing and you have to keep taking care of her, I cannot do the design you want. It is too time consuming and I don't have time for you to take care of the baby in between this." I honestly was in complete shock and disbelief. I not only was rocking a car seat with my foot to keep my daughter calm but was trying to get my nails done as well. No where at this establishment is there a sign on the door that says no children allowed. These people had absolutely no empathy for someone trying to get their nails done while their child is present. Not everyone has the luxury to drop their child off with someone and go. Then the nail tech proceeded to argue with me that I kept moving and messing up my nails. Well no duh, im multitasking. Long story short---extremely rude and inconsiderate staff, no patience, and ridiculously high prices. Did not at all get what I came in there for. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK.

GIRLLLL ! When I say I found a new nail spot, JoJo took the inspiration pic and did this beautiful variation with rounded square edges and mood changing color (5$ extra hands or feet) it’s so responsive my kids love it! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, always made sure to be clear on pricing and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back?

Went there for a pedicure on Saturday and while the pedicure experience itself was pleasant, and mostly I recieved a good service- except for the fact that the technician cut down the side of my nail and ripped the nail out of my nail bed. Was very uncomfortable and now the side of my toe is all infected, red, and swollen. I have never had a toe get infected from receiving a pedicure before- am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience!
