Honestly I would give this pharmacy a zero if it wasn’t for a couple of nice people that work at the pharmacy. I switched to this pharmacy because it’s closer to my house and if it wasn’t for that I would switch back.
Wish I would have gotten her name but every time I get her she is snarky and rude. Today I joked with her about always forgetting to click on the decline bubble and she proceeded to inform me that people should just pay attention. Honestly I wanted to cry. I have a lot on my mind, kidney and heart function just to name a couple.
My husband noticed the one time he was with me just what her demeanor was like. If you can’t handle informing people to click a bubble then maybe you should switch to a job that doesn’t involve dealing with the human race. You need some compassion lady.

Nothing over the top like the competitors, but the store is clean, stocked well and courteous employees. That is all that matters.

Love the Rite Aid on Blakeslee BLVD in Lehighton Pennsylvania, everyone is nice and caring and always very helpful!! Please keep this Rite Aid open!!! So many people love this place and go there for there prescriptions and other things, we need this store to stay open!!!

Tried to get a walk-in novavax shot. I told them upfront I did not have insurance. They made me fill out a form and wait just to tell me I would need to pay full price, which came to around 200$. I didn't appreciate the tone or lack of care from the pharmacist on duty, a dour-looking white lady who seemed irritated that I expected the shot to be free, since it is free most places. Wasted my time and was rude about it. I hope that woman is given the same service she gives out everywhere she goes.

one staff member is very rude and unprofessional. got mad because i didn’t realize they were not open and tried opening the door, it was locked so it instantly went back into the hinges, i was met with “wow easy on the doors” which i then replied “they aren’t open just so you know” because i seen her walking in, she then replied with in a very rude tone and an absurd amount of attitude “well of course they are we aren’t open” i felt very disrespected by this staff member in particular as i was just trying to pick up mine and my fathers meds and was met with nothing but utter disrespect and attitude.

On their website they have walking welcome for the flu shot. I was there at 930am and was told to come back at 11. That to me is not a walk in. It is pretty much an appointment.Don't go to this location for anything. CVS is a lot better.

No customer service. I called at 1:25pm to ask if it’s possible to have a prescription sent to another Rite Aid picked up at their Rite Aid. I gave no specific information just asked if it was possible based on how their systems worked. The person who answered said she wouldn’t be able to answer my question until after lunch. I kept repeating if it was possible that’s all I’m asking. She kept repeating she can’t talk until after her lunch. I realize it’s 5 min before lunch but turn off the phones and don’t answer if you can’t answer ANY 30 second questions. I waited until after her lunch and called back. She instantly put me on a 10 min hold. I hung up and called the Walnutport pharmacy and was met with such a friendly person who was eager to help and answer my simple question. I will be sending all my prescriptions to Walnutport.

Sent in a prescription refill from the app and said it would be ready next day. When I showed up, they said they never got the request because of their system and I had to wait an hour. Don't waste your time here, I'll never go back.
