I ordered a 32 gallon basin. They sent me a 28 gallon. I paid an extra $20 because I needed it today. Can’t anyone do their job right anymore?

Went into the store on /7/01/2025 to have my BBQ propane tank filled AND I WAS TOLD SINCE ITS RAINING WE'RE NOT PUMPING PROPANE. but they advertise the pump propane during store hours unless it's a Thunderstorm with Lightning. There was no lightning and the propane pumping station is under a metal roof covering the operator. I say that this is Ridiculous and if one of my Employees did this to any of my customers THEY WOULD BE FIRED!! But the staff there Really never cared . Typical northeast pa employees unfortunately.

I ordered a culvert pipe which has not arrived as promised, even though they were texting me updates every day lying it was on track to arrive on time. It arrived 4 days later, which was too late, I had to buy it elsewhere because I had equipment rented in my yard waiting to put it in.
I requested refund, the online support said that the store will follow up, they haven’t for 2 weeks until I called and asked. Then they said they would call back, never did, today I see they partially refunded me ($120 les than I paid, didn’t refund shipping or tax?). I didn’t get a call back or any explanation. This is my local store, but I won’t be shopping here again. I definitely feel cheated on this. Just plain elected to keep half of my money, can I go cut half of that pipe off?

Sent me a box full of dead chicks and still charged me 190$ this place is not where you wanna buy livestock. DO NOT BUY CHICKS FROM HERE OR HOOVER HATCHERY. THEY ARE CROOKS.you have been warned. Good luck everybody.

Showing up the day of a snowstorm to pickup an online order was probably not the best idea on my end. The store was BUSY! Went to customer service where I met Josh. Josh exceeded my expectations with his friendly/helpful approach. Treated me like I was a real human being with respect and professionalism. That shows he’s a GOOD person. Thank you Josh.
Upon leaving, I met up with Chris (store manager) who also was helpful and friendly. We shared a few positive words between each other which was nice.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I give credit to Josh and Chris who made that happen out of one of the busiest days for them. Hats off to the tractor supply team in Lehighton. I appreciate you

Great service from this crew! Not sure if t they remember me, but on 11/2, I came here to get assistance moving my new trailer. A nice girl on register and one of the administrators with pink gauges helped me find someone who could accompany me.
The gentleman that helped me (I forgot his name, if you know it, let me know!) unfortunately couldn't move it and was nice enough not to charge me because of this. I'd like to send a gift if you guys could reply!

I used to shop at this store for all of my pet supplies but i won’t be coming back. The miserable old man you have on the register likes to force his political opinions on people shopping in your store. He’s a miserable old racist and should not be working with the public.

Visited this store on Saturday 2 3 24 looking for a plastic battery box. As they didnt have the larger size in stock was measuring the smaller one when a TSC Asociate named Megan offered ASSISTANCE. I politely declined and replied I was ok.I then brought the box up to the checkout and again Megan was at the cash register and asked if the sizing was ok, I replied I thought so and would try it. This simple assistance and concern is truly rare in many retail stores. This Lady is truly an asset to this store and is deserving of recognition in excellent customer service.
