Everyone is always helpful, professional & friendly! Seldom have to wait. Our mail carrier, Matt, is great. The post office & the workers in Lehighton are a great asset to the community & di a wonderful job!

My experience here has good over the years. Staff is helpful and kind. No problems with my business po box. Are they a bit understaffed, yes, but they do not control what budget they are given. Keep in mind this is a small post office in a small rural town.

The nicest postal employees around! I have been mailing packages out every day for a couple of years and have never had any of the workers be rude to me. Everyone is always very friendly!! Thank you:)
