My experience here has good over the years. Staff is helpful and kind. No problems with my business po box. Are they a bit understaffed, yes, but they do not control what budget they are given. Keep in mind this is a small post office in a small rural town.

My mail carrier came with my mail. Her uniform pants were torn from her crotch to her knee in the inseam. Both right side pockets front and back were totally missing. She said they have a card to use to order new ones but her card didn't work. She said she told the post master and her response was I don't know what to do about it. And that's where it ended. I called the post office spoke to a gentleman he said she should sew it. I said as a government business someone should have helped her with that card she represents the government. She said she will probably get yelled at which she says she's used to. I have heard it is a hostile environment to work at. They scream at their employees all the time. He basically blamed her in many ways. If I need to I will definitely go way over the post masters head with all the complaints. If I hear that she was screamed at will only be one reason to go above

I went to the Post Office in Lehighton to send out mortgage payment and also collect mail, I wanted to make sure my payment got to where it was going by 10/14/23, the guy convinced me that if I sent it priority mail expected date is 10/12/23 and this was on 10/10/23. I paid the extra 9.65 for the priority mail and needless to say it is now 10/18/23 and it still not get there. I called Lehighton post office and spoke to someone and they said it is not a guarantee it is just an expected date. I will never go there for anything I have to pay for again, they did not offer to help in anyway, what a scam!!!! I didn't want to give them any stars but it would not let me post this if I didn't, another scam!!! Lol, but seriously

The nicest postal employees around! I have been mailing packages out every day for a couple of years and have never had any of the workers be rude to me. Everyone is always very friendly!! Thank you:)

Honestly just very rude and unprofessional. Haven’t been receiving all of my mail for months due to my address being wrong Which doesn’t make sense since I’ve been handed my mail directly to me before using the address I’ve been using. So all in all, rude, is making use a wrong address (keep making me use my apartment number as my house number which confuses everyone that send mail to me now) I’m not receiving any of my super important mail (w-2s, debt card, etc) and every time I even try to call I don’t get an answer or the man/lady that answers is extremely unprofessional with a major attitude on the phone and refuses to give you a second to explain the issue or let alone explain anything.

This is the worst post office i’ve ever been to and i’m glad I personally ship with Andreas instead. Lehighton USPS right now is not even delivering my mail and I reported them. BTW that’s a federal offense.

Hi all small older post office .with very low staff . Was in and out pretty fast . I guess they are trying to due the best they can here. Also does have a copy machine in main lobby. Nice to know

I pay for shipping online on ebay items I sell online. But then when I go to drop the package off they double charge me, when I spoke to ebay shipping department and they said that's illegal. Im using usps packages and usps padded envelopes when needed but they charge me at the post office when I already paid for the shipping type and printed out shipping label. Don't use usps, use fed ex, ups or DHL. Don't use Lehightons usps post office they'll scam you out of money. I'd give it no stars if it was an option.

Most of the staff are just rude and ignorant. There are a few exceptions but not many. The Post Office in New Ringgold are incredible. Never had a bad experience. Unfortunately under the current circumstances it's hard to get there.
