Great experience working with Jon while getting our family new phones, came in to hand my old phone back in after ensuring all my info transferred appropriately and found out it was the last day to get our daughter in on the deal for a new phone trade in. Was able to get her switched over as well as obtain a new iPad and Apple Watch to take full advantage of the deal before it was gone. It was close to closing time for the store but her made it all happen in a timely fashion and with no hiccups. Felt very comfortable with the information given and education on our new devices. Top service by far!
