Went in to buy a Yeti cooler. Had an Ace rewards card for $10 off, was told we don't take that coupon. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! THR CASHIER AT THE FRONT NEEDS TO PRACTICE HER PEOPLE SKILLS!!!!

I was very disappointed in the service at this location today. I had a part i needed and it showed they had one in stock on the website.
I went to get the item and it wasn't there. I understand counts can be off for a number of reasons. I advised the lady that helped me that the inventory showed one in stock so they could research and fix the inventory if needed. She stated I should look closer as each store is locally owned. She was implying I didn't know how to read that it stated the 10th st. Lemoyne location had one in stock.
As a former manager of an ACE hardware, I know service is what justifies the higher prices than the big box stores.
Unfortunately her reply to my telling her it showed one in stock was not good!
I live right around the corner and this is a convenient location. Now i'm second guessing going into that location.

This place has quite a big selection for a regular hardware store. I found the product Mossout, which the big box stores don't stock.
